The Evaluation of Potential Expansion Sites for Kaicycle
Kaicycle, an urban farm in Wellington Aotearoa, is looking to expand their farm to an additional site. We evaluated various potential sites in Wellington in order to suggest 4 potential sites to expand to. This was done primarily through archival research, observations and interviews to interpret local policies, identify land, and understand local perception. We found that many promising potential sites were regulated by the WCC such that if Kaicycle were to modify their business structure they would have a much easier time acquiring land. Alternatively, privately owned sites were also evaluated. We identified Sisters of Compassion, Crawford Green, Houghton Valley School, and Elliot Park as the best potential sites for Kaicycle to expand too

Design and Fabrication of a Gas Turbine Engine.
The purpose of this MQP was to design and manufacture an internal combustion chamber for a gas turbine. Using SolidWorks and Creo Parametric, we created a working design of the combustion chamber assembly and machined an external combustion chamber for a small-scale turbocharger. The components of the combustion chamber were designed by the team and machined using CNC machining

A validation study for remote testing of cognitive function in multiple sclerosis
ObjectivesDetermine the validity and reliability of a remote, technician-guided cognitive assessment for multiple sclerosis (MS), incorporating the Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT) and the California Verbal Learning Test, Second Edition (CVLT-II).MethodsIn 100 patients, we compared conventional in-person testing to remote, web-assisted assessments, and in 36 patients, we assessed test-retest reliability using two equivalent, alternative forms.ResultsIn-person and remote-administered SDMT (r = 0.85) and CVLT-II (r = 0.71) results were very similar. Reliability was adequate and alternative forms of SDMT (r = 0.92) and CVLT-II (r = 0.81) produced similar results.ConclusionsFindings indicate remote assessment can provide valid, reliable measures of cognitive function in MS
Testimonio and telling women's narratives of genocide, torture and political imprisonment in post-Suharto Indonesia
To date, there has been no official investigation into or redress of the Indonesian killings of 1965/66 and the mass political detention of citizens under General Suharto’s New Order (1966/98). I argue that non-legal arenas must be explored for the documentation and circulation of testimonies by those who survived these events. As part of a larger project which aims to document, analyse and present the experiences of women during the killings and subsequent political detention, I outline two aspects of this documentation process. First, I adopt testimonio as both a political and analytical framework to argue that certain aspects of testimonio are essential to the continuing negotiations over who can speak, about what, and with what result in post-Suharto Indonesia. Second, I analyse a number of discursive strategies found within the narratives to highlight some of the issues which permit or proscribe the articulation of certain stories
