Automatic Photoelectric Device for Most Optimum Illumination of Objects
In paper the automatic photoelectric device (APD) for most optimum illumination of streets and objects is described. The offered photovoltaic system is mean for automatic switching on and switching off to an electric circuit of electric systems and illuminating lamps. This system differs from existing ones that the silicon solar cell is used for the purpose increase of input sensitivity and an output power, and so the circuit of our system is simpler. One of main technical advantages is that the relay for a current of 10A is used on an output of the automatic control system. This advantage allows linking up not only as it is usually, one lighting lamp, but also electric installation by power up to 2kW at 220V (for 1 APD). For automatic control of several of the photoelectric devices for optimum illumination of several objects the automatic control system (ACS) and software support are created. As have shown experiments, for one of areas of Baku use of only APD has allowed saving up to 16 % of the electric power. Use of ACS has resulted in addition up to 6 % of economy of the electric power
Matrix Composite Sensor For Measurement Mere Stream
For detection and research obvious and latent heat stream in mere has been developed the extended high-resistance sensor made on special matrix technology. Detector measures both temperature of surrounding sea water, and direction of a stream. Signals from the sensor,
amplified of the operational amplifier, by dint of the interface input into a computer for the further processing results of measurement and
archiving of the data. The software package of processing and archiving of results of measurement is created
A solar power plant with a high performance solar cells and thin concentrators made of aluminumbacked epoxy coated polymers
The offered module of the solar cell includes light collected
system on the basis of a cylindrical thin concentrator and the bar
of silicon photocells with a radiator for air cooling. The
concentrator is a light collecting system and is manufactured
from epoxy with a depth of 5 mm coated from the inside by a
polymeric film of depth 70 μm and of aluminium by depth 3
μm. Small depths of materials of the concentrator cause its low
cost compared with the concentrators produced from glasses.
The estimated cost of a concentrator with an area of 1 m2
is 10
Thermophotovoltaic Properties of Bi2Te3 AND Bi2Se3
Thermophotovoltaic properties monocrystals Bi2Te3 p-type and Bi2Se3 are investigated. P-n film structures of p-Bi2Te3–n-Bi2Se3,
received by a method of discrete thermal evaporation in a uniform work cycle, are suitable for usage in thermophotovoltaic devices. It is
demonstrated, that the wide spectrum of sensitivity and stability to the concentrated solar radiation of thermophotovoltaic elements on the
basis of AVBVI are advantage in comparison with traditional solar cells. The modelling of concentrator solar cells with thermophotovoltaic
converters is carried out in order to guide the technology to increase the performance of these devices
Investigation Of Photo-Generation Processes In Semiconductive Polymers
In article the perspective of researches semi-conductor polymers for creation of photo-electric converters is considered. The processes
of photo-generation of charge carriers in a molecular solid state are investigated. The role of the weak intermolecular interaction causing
process of photo-generation of charge carriers through a status of the coulomb connected pair is shown. The first results of semi-conductor
polymers-silicon systems investigations were reported. Such as of polymer composite materials we have used oligohydroguinone, oligo-αnaphthol, oligo-β-naphthol, oligo-amino-phenylen. Current-voltage characteristics of these polymer-silicon heterojunctions were
investigated. The structural regularities of change of the photoeffect quantum efficiency in semiconductive polymers and their molecular
complexes are investigated
Algorithmic Representation of the Microfinance Process
A representation of the microfinance process in the classical algorithmic sequence is proposed. The basic stages that affect the process itself and the goals of microfinance are highlighted. The case when it becomes necessary to solve the problems of enumeration of possibilities is highlighted. The relations of dynamics on the basis of which the legislative standards of microfinance organization activities are predicted are given. © 2020 IEEE
GIS TECHNOLOGY AND TERRAIN ORTHOPHOTOMAP MAKING FOR MILITARY APPLICATION
In this paper, it is shown that GIS and photogrammetry technologiyes, determination of searching target coordinates for the operational desicion making are very important for the military application, for the combat control.
With aim of orthophotomap making of the terrain and identification of terrain supervision there has been constructed 3D model for choosen mountainous terrain of Azerbaijan Republic using GIS technology. Based on this model there has been obtained a terrain profile and carried out mapping. Using ArcGis software there has been investigated possibility remain control on obserbvable and unobservable parties of terrain on supervision line from
supervision point to target point
