Studying the company's new chairman and its associates’ management, in its first 180 days, doesn’t imply its chronological order but the development of understanding the value of influence social forces have on company. By examining company’s history and strategic consulting, we define the clear way in realizing strategic thinking, perceiving its purpose and enhancing the conceptual skills. At the company's first meeting the chairman and associates should, with any necessary consulting, determine how social, political and economic forces can affect an organization and its practical management (Daft, 2010; Wren & Bedeian, 2009)

The authors point to the fact that the local government in Europe has a long tradition, so that in each of the European countries meet certain specifics regarding the structure, functioning and other characteristics, by which these countries differ from each other. It is quite natural, because such differences are a result of numerous factors that are, more or less, exerted influence on the formation of local self-government (its organization, jurisdiction code, position in society, the relationship between the state and the like). The authors pay special attention and give an analysis of the four major (the best known) model of local self-government - Britain, France, Germany and the United States. England and the United States can be considered the cradle of direct and independent forms of local government, while France was a prime example of the dependent (child) and indirect local government. In modern constitutional systems of much greater application has a two-stage local government, and its chief representative of the Federal Republic of Germany. Finally, there are some systems that do not distinguish between the state and local government, ie. between their bodies, because in such systems the organization of state power is unique and that, from the top all the way to the to the bottom (for example, the former Soviet Union, today’s People’s Republic of China and others)

In this paper, the authors strive to indicate some great possibilities for further development of rural areas in the wider zone of Corridor 10 in the Republic of Serbia. The significance of manufacturing and service clusters, networks and co-operations formed in rural areas, creating a large number of small and medium enterprises as a manner of running the entire industry through accelerated development of entrepreneurial initiative, is also stressed. A special kind of attention paid to the development of SMEs is a document from June 2008, adopted by the EU under the title:’’ A Small Business Act for Europe’’, with established principles and actions for operating in the section of small and medium-sized enterprises in the EU. The aspect of joining agricultural production and processing with service industry that could be implemented along the Corridor 10 is dominant in this paper. Clusters are networks of companies and institutions that complement each other creating cooperative supply chains, where food-service supply chains are especially stressed in the wider rural area of Corridor 10 with obligatory appliance of the European Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) standard, reaching over 7,000 notifications. Those notifications are related to potentially dangerous food or animal feeding and are issued by RASFF system founded by the European Commission
