: Breastfeeding (ASI) is the most important baby food, especially in the firstmonths of birth.Exclusive breastfeeding is very influential on the quality of infant health.Thefewer the number of babies exclusively breastfed, then the quality of the health of infants andyoung children will get worse, because the provision of complementary feeding which maycause indigestion which in turn causes growth retardation of children. The aim of researchto determine the relationship of the family support system with the attitude of Mother inexclusive breastfeeding in the PHC Ranomuut Perkamil Manado. The research method isanalytical observation with cross sectional study, the population of which is breastfeedinginfants 0-6 months of age who met the inclusion criteria. The study sample 45 respondentswere obtained by using purposive sampling technique.The instruments used arequestionnaire support system of family and mother attitude in exclusive breastfeeding.Research results using statistical test Chi Square test at 95% significance level (á 0.05),then the p value = 0,000. This means that the value of p <á (0.05) and the value of OR53,167. Conclusion have significant correlation between family support system with theattitude Mrs. exclusive breastfeeding in the PHC Ranomuut Perkamil Kota Manado. Hubungan Tekanan Darah Sistolik Dengan Kualitas Tidur Pasien Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Bahu Manado

: Hypertension nationally has the highest ranked number in North Sulawesi. Hypertension is a chronic disease that affects the quality of life, which affects the quality of sleep. But the relationship between blood pressure with sleep quality in patients with hypertension is not clear in the know. This study aims to determine the relationship of systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients with sleep quality in health center Bahu Manado. This research method uses analytical survey method, the cross sectional design on 60 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires Pittsburgh sleep quality sleep quality index (PSQI) and blood pressure measurements using a digital blood pressure Polygreen. Statistical tests were used to analyze the relationship between variables using chi square test obtained p = 0.001; á = 0.05. It is addressed that there is a significant correlation between systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients with sleep quality in health centers Bahu Manado. The conclusion in this study most of the respondents had a systolic blood pressure of hypertension stage 1 for 73.3% and most of the respondents had poor sleep quality was 51.7%. Suggestions on this research is to further research is expected to be a reference and starting point for more research on blood pressure with sleep quality

Hubungan Pengetahuan Penggunaan Insulin Dengan Hipoglikemia Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Di Poli Penyakit Dalam RSU Gmim Pancaran Kasih Manado

:.Diabetes mellitus is a major of health problems. Incomprehension of patients about therapy increase noncompliance in taking insulin. Hypoglycemia is a condition which blood glucose below normal or less than 70 mg/dl. The purpose of this research is to know about the knowledge relationship with the use of insulin with hypoglycemia in patients in the clinic interna of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado hospital. This research is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. The sampling method used to total sampling that consist of 60 respondents.The research instrument is an interview of the 10 statements about the use of insulin and knowledge and questionnaire 7 questions about hypoglicemia .Theanswers already collected is being analized using the Chi-square test and counted by SPSS. The result of this research which is gain the trusted level of 95% show value p=0,005. This pvalue is smaller than á = 0,05. The conclusion of this research is showed that a significant relationshipabout the knowledge relationship with the use of insulin with hypoglycemia n patients in the clinic interna of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado hospital

: Premarital sex is one of the biggest problems regarding various case of juvenile delinquency. Teenagers with well knowledge about premarital sex will tend to have positive attitude or go away from premarital sex behavior. Goal of this research was to know the attitude of teenagers about premarital sex behavior to X grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Manado. This research was based on observational studies by the approach of cross sectional study. Sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a total of 68 respondents. Instrument used in this research was questionnaire. Results of this was used statistical technique of Chi square test with degrees of freedom = 0,05 or 95%. From the statistical test the value gotten was p = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Conclusion of this research that there are relationships between knowledge and attitude of teenagers about premarital sex behavior to X grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Manado

Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Postpartum Tentang Kolostrum Di Puskesmas Bahu Manado

: Colostrum is one of part of the milk that was so very important to be given to the first baby's life because colostrum has antibodies, especially immunoglobulin (IgA) to protect infants from infectious diseases and these substances will not be found in the second breast milk or formula milk. In addition, colostrum also contains protein, also high vitamins A and low fat so that it meets the nutritional needs of infants in the first days of birt and also help clean the meconium sort of baby's first stool greenish-black. Therefore colostrum must be given to infants. Objective: To determine the knowledge of postpartum maternal colostrum in Bahu Local Health Center Manado. Methods: Descriptive study. This research was conducted at the Bahu Local Center Manado. The amount of samples in the study is about 57 respondents and using total sampling. Results: showed that knowledge about postpartum maternal colostrum either category by 32 respondents (56.1%), insufficient knowledge as much as 19 respondents (33.3%) and the lack of knowledge as much as 6 respondents (10.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge about the definition of postpartum maternal colostrum, colostrum reflexes play a role in the composition of colostrum, colostrum benefit, the factors that cause a mother does not give colostrum, colostrum benefit in providing Bahu Manado PHC are in either category
