Whether fidelity is just a virtue or something more according to Leonardo Polo

En este trabajo se defiende, según la filosofía de Leonardo Polo, que, aunque la fidelidad se suele referir al trato con cosas, propiamente se refiere a las personas, y en especial a Dios. Se estudian sus requisitos –fortaleza, constancia, libertad y esperanza–, así como las diversas formas de la fidelidad a la naturaleza humana, a la esencia del hombre y al acto de ser personal, atendiendo por último al don de la perseverancia.In this work it is defended, according to the philosophy of Leonardo Polo, that, although fidelity usually refers to dealing with things, it properly refers to persons, and especially to God. We study their requirements –strength, perseverance, freedom and hope–, and also the different forms of being faithful to human nature, to the essence of man and to the personal act of being; paying attention, finally, to the gift of perseverance.peerReviewe
