Focus of this study are (1) describe and analyze the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, (2) find some factors inhibiting the implementation of the guidance and counseling program. This study uses qualitative methods; using interview data collecting technique, tested its validity through triangulation. Subjects in this study are all teachers of guidance and counseling in the Senior High School of Singkawang as many as 10 people as well as principals and supervisors as the informants with the total of 11 people. Results (1) the implementation of evaluation of guidance and counseling program by the teachers still has many weaknesses on each phase of the evaluation, such as not understanding the evaluation models of the guidance and counseling program, how to apply them, and monitoring process that is not done in deeply and in detail, (2) Some factors inhibiting the implementation of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program are lack of knowledge and understanding of the evaluation of guidance and counseling program in the schools, lack of interest in developing professional competencies, and lack of guidance to the teachers in implementing the guidance and counseling evaluation program

Black rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of germ plasm where there are many found in Indonesia. The popularity of black rice growing in line with public awareness for consuming a functional food. But the scientific study of black rice germ plasm in Indonesia still classified as low, especially the scientific study of the molecular genetik diversity. Information of molecular genetik diversity adequately on black rice germ plasm is one of the cornerstone for the development of action strategies for conservation the varieties of black rice in Indonesia in a sustainable way. The scientific study which is expected to be implemented in the form of research on black rice molecular genetik diversity is an approach of DNA barcode. Most of the genes that utilized as DNA barcode on plants is on chloroplasts DNA (cpDNA). cpDNA having the benefit characteristics for genetik diversity study compared with nuclei DNA (nDNA ) and mitochondria mtDNA. Characteristic of these is (1) the cpDNA genome have a small size and stable structure, (2) More conservative with lower average nucleotide substitution and (3) no recombination and uniparental heritable. This article discussed a potential DNA sequences of nucleotides from chloroplast DNA to give information on the genetik diversity of black rice, namely rbcL gene. Until now, NCBI database collected 143 partial sequence of rbcL gene. The number of partial sequence that has been collected is using as comparation facilitate to investigation the genetik diversity of Indonesia black rice. In the future, DNA barcode os expected to be implemented in the research

Nahwu becomes the most debated discourse in the Arabic language teaching. There are so many problems appear both in the case of the learning material and the learning methods. This article describes those problems by elaborating the causes of learning difficulties in Nahwu. One of the problems comes from the existence of excessive ‘amil and ‘illat. It reveals a judgment that Nahwu has been combined with philosophy. Consequently, there are some learners who judge that learning Arabic is difficult. Therefore, this article also presents the easy ways in learning Nahwu, both given by classic ulama and modern linguists. One of the efforts done by classic ulama is by reviewing the theory of ‘amil, while the modern linguists try to expand the concept of Nahwu so that it is not limited to i\u27rab only

A simple route to prepare Gd0.7_{0.7}Sr0.3_{0.3}MnO3_3 nanoparticles by ultrasonication of their bulk powder materials is presented in this article. For comparison, Gd0.7_{0.7}Sr0.3_{0.3}MnO3_3 nanoparticles are also prepared by ball milling. The prepared samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS), and Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) magnetometer. XRD Rietveld analysis is carried out extensively for the determination of crystallographic parameters and the amount of crystalline and amorphous phases. FESEM images demonstrate the formation of nanoparticles with average particle size in the range of 50-100 nm for both ultrasonication and 4 hours (h) of ball milling. The bulk materials and nanoparticles synthesized by both ultrasonication and 4 h ball milling exhibit a paramagnetic to spin-glass transition. However, nanoparticles synthesized by 8 h and 12 h ball milling do not reveal any phase transition, rather show an upturn of magnetization at low temperature. The degradation of the magnetic properties in ball milled nanoparticles may be associated with amorphization of the nanoparticles due to ball milling particularly for milling time exceeding 8 h. This investigation demonstrates the potential of ultrasonication as a simple route to prepare high crystalline rare-earth based manganite nanoparticles with improved control compared to the traditional ball milling technique.Comment: 9 pages, 6 figure

Lorentz TEM imaging of stripe structures embedded in a soft magnetic matrix

N\'eel walls in soft magnetic NiFe/NiFeGa hybrid stripe structures surrounded by a NiFe film are investigated by high resolution Lorentz transmission electron microscopic imaging. An anti-parallel orientation of magnetization in 1000 nm wide neighboring unirradiated-irradiated stripes is observed by forming high angle domain walls during magnetization reversal. Upon downscaling the stripe structure size from 1000 nm to 200 nm a transition from a discrete domain pattern to an effective magnetic medium is observed for external magnetic field reversal. This transition is associated with vanishing ability of hosting high angle domain walls between adjacent stripes. The investigation also demonstrated the potentiality of Lorentz microscopy to image periodic stripe structures well under micron length-scale.Comment: 7 pages, 6 figure
