POLA ALOKASI WAKTU DAN KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN PEREMPUAN PEDAGANG SAYURAN DI PASAR PINASUNGKULAN KAROMBASAN MANADO
This study aims to determine the pattern of time allocation of women vegetable traders and their contribution to the household income. This research was conducted in Pinasungkulan Market, Karombasan, Manado for two month from June to July 2016. The primary data was collected from interviews with 15 women vegetable sellers who have a family. Secondary data were obtained from Sub-office Pinasungkulan Market. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that, in general, women vegetables traders in the Pinasungkulan Market have started selling vegetables after they were married. Because as wives, they realized that they have to support their husbands to earn money for a living because of their husband's income is not sufficient. Time allocation patterns of the woman vegetable seller shave used an average of 15 hours per day for all their activities. They are selling vegetables, domestic activities and others social activities. Their time allocation daily respectivley consists of sold vegetables activities spend on average 8.9 hours (59.40%), for households 2, 6 hours/day (17.30%) and for other activities such as watching television and attending worship and other social activities, an average of 3.5 hours (23.3%). The conclusion from this study that the pattern of time allocation by women vegetable vendors in the Market of Pinasungkulan, Karombasan, women spend more time on economic activities than from domestic activities. Women vegetable sellers have earned average income of IDR 4.400 million per month with a 59.27% contribution to the family income. While their husband shave contributed to the family income is lower than the wife of 19.09% with an average income of IDR 1.417 million per month. The contribution of other members of the household is income, especially children, are IDR 1.607 million per month (21.64%). Therefore, it can be concluded that women vegetables traders in Pinasungkulan Market are primary source of support for family.
MOTIVASI PENDAMPING TERHADAP KELOMPOK TANI DI DESA KINUNANG KECAMATAN LIKUPANG TIMUR KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA
This study aims to determine the companion motivation of farmer groups in the village of Kinunang, District Likupang East, North Minahasa District. This study was conducted from May to July 2017. The data used were primary data obtained from each farmer group through direct interviews with 30 (thirty) respondents using questionnaires that were asked to the heads of farmer groups in Kinunang Village in East Likupang Sub-district. Secondary data is obtained directly from books, and articles. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis which each answer is tested and tested using Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of farmer group supporters is very important in the empowerment of farmer groups both at the level of beginner and advanced in the activity
KAJIAN PENGELOLAAN USAHATANI KELAPA DI DESA TOLOMBUKAN KECAMATAN PASAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA
This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Sayuran Organik di Jumbo Pasar Swalayan Manado
This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at Jumbo Supermarket Manado. This research was conducted from May 2022 to October 2022. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The method used in sampling is the non-probability sampling technique where the collection of information and knowledge from respondents uses the accidental sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers who had made a purchase and were willing to be interviewed as many as 30 respondents. The data were analyzed using Likert scale measurements. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at the Jumbo Supermarket in Manado was categorized as very satisfied, based on the results of the study with an index of 87.29%. Consumers are very satisfied with the price and availability of organic vegetables, freshness (physical appearance of vegetables), place, and quality of service at Jumbo Supermarkets.

This study aims to determine the role of village government towards of karya lestari farmer group in talikuran one village sub-district of sonder district minahasa. The study lasted for 2 (two) months starting from March to April 2017 in Talikuran satu Village Sub-district of Sonder District of Minahasa ranging from preparation, data retrieval, to the preparation or research reports. Data collection methods in this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from the source though surveys and interviews using questionnaires to all members of karya lestari farmer groups, while secondary data is obtained directly from institutions related to the research in village government Talikuran one. PEMBERDAYAAN PENGRAJIN BAMBU DI KELURAHAN KINILOW KECAMATAN TOMOHON UTARA KOTA TOMOHON
This study aims to determine the empowerment of bamboo craftsmen in Kinilow Village. The research was conducted from October to December 2019. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interview surveys using questionnaires and documentation. Secondary data were obtained from literature studies and related agencies, namely the Tomohon Industry and Trade Office and the Kinilow Urban Village government. The sampling method was purposive (purposive sampling) on 7 respondents of bamboo craftsmen in Kinilow Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and the data obtained are presented in tabular form. The results showed that the process of empowering bamboo craftsmen in Kinilow Village occurred through the implementation of empowerment which included the awareness and behavior formation stage, the knowledge transformation stage, and the intellectual ability improvement stage. The implementation of empowerment is carried out through entrepreneurship training which includes two objectives, namely providing counseling to improve product quality and providing training in product development skills and marketing strategies. Pemanfaatan Program Pemerintah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Di Desa Tambelang Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to determine the direct cash assistance (BLT) program is right on target in terms of accuracy of recipient recruitment, disbursement time, supervision and to determine community utilization of the BLT Program in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District. The research was carried out from January to February 2022. The data collected in the study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with BLT recipient communities using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Tambelang Village Office, as well as data related to research taken from the internet. The number of BLT recipients was 130 respondents who received BLT phase I in 2021 and phase II in 2021. The sample selected by Purposive Sampling was 60 respondents. The results showed that the use of the government's direct cash assistance program in Tambelang Village was appropriate, the recipients of the assistance had fulfilled the correct recruitment process in accordance with the implementation instructions, on time in disbursing funds, officers disbursed aid funds according to the specified schedule. The Government's Cash Direct Assistance Program is used by the community to meet their daily basic needs, namely buying rice, eggs, meat, transportation and for emergency funds, namely buying medicine and children's school needs
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Abang Kumis Coffee Kecamatan Singkil Kota Manado
This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction at the Abang Mustache Coffee café, in terms of product, price, place, promotion and service aspects. This research was conducted in September - November 2022. The data collection method used in this study used primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 89 people selected using accidental sampling technique. Data is measured with a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Consumer Satisfaction Index. The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction at the Abang Kumis Coffee café is classified as very satisfied with a consumer satisfaction index of 81.28%. More specifically for each aspect, the level of satisfaction with the product is 83%, price is 85.09%, promotion is 85.16%, service is 83.81% which is classified as very satisfied while 74.16% is only included in the satisfied category
PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT HUTAN MANGROVE BAHOWO DI KELURAHAN TONGKAINA KECAMATAN BUNAKEN KOTA MANADO
The purpose of the study was to determine the public perception of the Bahowo mangrove forest. This research was conducted in Bahowo, Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken District, Manado City. The study lastedfor 3 (three) months from August to November 2018 starting from preparation to writing the final report. The selection of respondents was done purposevely.This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents based on a list of prepared statements. Secondary data was obtained through documentation from agencies related to this study, among others, at the Tongkaina District Office in Bunaken District, Manado City, local bookstore and the internet using a google search engine to access scientific journal articles and thesis from others universities regarding people's perceptions of mangrove forests. This research showed that the community has positve perceptions of mangrove forests. Bahowo in Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken Sub-District, Manado City as a whole stated that he agreed with a total score of 1,714 judgments from the statements conveyed by the community through direct interviews and by calculating the overall score to determine the community's perception of mangrove forests. The community argued that mangrove forests play a very important role for local communities such as protecting from the dangers of high waves and tsunami hazards.*eprm
DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP KEUNTUNGAN WARUNG SAYUR DI LIWAS KELURAHAN RANOMUUT KECAMATAN PAAL DUA KOTA MANADO
This study aims to analyze the advantages of vegetable stalls before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Liwas, Ranomuut Village, Paal Dua District, Manado City. Located close to the Office of Religious Affairs in Paal Dua District. The time of conducting the research in September 2020 to November 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from 4 respondents (traders) and using a list of questions that had been prepared previously. Secondary data were obtained from books, internet, journals and other sources related to the problems in this study. The analysis used is profit analysis. The results showed that profits decreased during the pandemic with the average profit earned before the pandemic was Rp 134.137 and the average profit during the pandemic was Rp 35.896
