    Increasingly, anthropogenic interference in nature, are intimately intertwined with the occurrences of natural disasters in areas of risk. It is known that the uncontrolled growth of cities, mainly controlled by private interests and speculative, is regarded as a condition of disaster. Other relevant factors to consider are the lack of urban planning, along with human occupation in irregular areas improper, the removal of vegetation and a lack of control of public power are aspects that are part of the basis of this problem that is affecting the Brazilian population especially in times of rain. By removing the vegetation of these areas, the soil becomes more susceptible to water infiltration and is happening again with a saturating the same with the result slips, which turn into rivers of mud causing major environmental disasters. This study aims to demonstrate that through the use of geotecnologies is possible performing a monitoring risk areas for disaster prevention and thereby seeking to ensure the protection of the environment. Increasingly is emerging technologies for gathering and handling data such as Geoprocessing, Remote Sensing, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), among others. Techniques that support these processes of decision making with information on areas to be analyzed serving as the basis for several research studies.Pages: 4940-494

    Utilização de ferramentas de análise espacial para o monitoramento ambiental de um trecho do Córrego Cascavel no Município de Goiânia-GO

    This paper proposes the use of spatial analysis tools for environmental monitoring of the Cascavel Stream in the stretch between T-63 and C-169 Avenues and bordered by six neighborhoods in the Goiânia City, in which analysis was used raster and vector software associated with digital image processing and Geographic Information Systems. As a result these data integration was possible to perform spatial analysis that resulted in the creation of a map containing the delimitation of the permanent preservation area of the stream, noting various deficiencies in the place as the presence of condominiums, dumping of waste from construction on the banks of the stream, lack of riparian vegetation between other environmental liabilities. This study also proposes the creation of subsidies for making decisions regarding the preservation of the Cascavel Stream by regulatory agencies based on environmental regulations and the use of geo-technologies in decision making.Pages: 4916-492

    Análise multitemporal da ocupação urbana ao longo do Ribeirão Santo Antônio – Região de Aparecida de Goiânia-GO

    The Santo Antônio Stream covered several neighborhoods in the Aparecida de Goiânia City and suffers from various anthropogenic uses existing in their surroundings, such as leisure activities, paving, irregular housing among others. The growing urban settlement inadequate and disordered is causing serious problems for the city, not only in relation to socio-economic issue but also with regard to the environment. Another factor that accelerated the urban expansion was the establishment of industrial estates in the region, causing environmental impacts due to removal of vegetation, siltation, erosion and pollution of Santo Antônio Stream. This study presents an analysis and multitemporal approach along the Santo Antônio Stream, making the use of the Google Earth software and proposing to discuss about the uncontrolled urban expansion in the city along its path. Through this research we can say that the losses occurred over the years from 2002 to 2009 are associated with the flawed process of human disturbance. Through the cutouts made in the Google Earth images were used to analyze and detect noncompliance in land use. The results showed efficient use of geo-technology which facilitated the whole process of visual interpretation of the study area.Pages: 1075-108

    The Technical Cadastre has always been considered a planning tool is in urban or rural area and one of its main purposes is to tax. In 2008 the Federal Government enacted a bill that transferred the full amount of the Imposto Territorial Rural- ITR (Rural Land Tax) to municipalities in the federation, with all that money raised for this tax has become the domain of municipal governments. After this bill demand for cadastre services increased considerably in this context arises from environmental agencies the opportunity to seize control of cadastral survey data for charting an environmental assessment of these municipalities, as is the case of Aparecida do Rio Doce in the Goiás Country that had all raised their farms along with their areas of Legal Reserve and Permanent Preservation Areas (APP). The cadastral survey was conducted by the municipality to use Geoprocessing tools which allowed the generation of a Environmental Technical Cadastre formed by a cartographic base attached to a cadastral database, which resulted in the environmental assessment of the site along with information that can serve both as an input for decision making by supervision agencies as a data model that may be offered to every community in general serving as illustration for environmental and educational projects.Pages: 4908-491

    Integração de Dados Ópticos e SRTM: Região de Brasília – DF

    This paper aims to show the data integration from optical sensors (LANDSAT-7 ETM+ and CBERS- 2) with radar (SRTM), using a set of remote sensing tools in order to systematize them in such a way as to be useful in many applications. To this end, highlighted the use of different techniques of digital image processing, for generating an improved final product in its visual interpretation, trying to extract as much possible information from the data collected. The different integration data made by the IHS transformation, it constitutes an efficient technique for generating a final product that hold information obtained from different sensors. Fusion techniques allow to integrate the best spatial resolution panchromatic band with better spectral resolution of other bands, producing a color image that combines both characteristics. The Brasilia region was chosen as a case study and to that end, we carried out the integration of optical data of the area that had a better spatial resolution and radiometric radar data to obtain a better view altimetry. Was obtained as final products a hybrid image and a digital terrain model that showed a significant improvement in visual quality from them.Pages: 7880-788
