S铆ntesis y caracterizaci贸n de catalizadores Ni/MCM-22, Pt/MCM-22 y Pt-Ni/MCM-22.
This work aimed to produce zeolite of the type MCM-22, in order to develop, from this, zeolite catalysts
(Ni/MCM-22, Pt/MCM-22 and Pt-Ni/MCM-22). The method to obtain these catalysts was applying the process of
competitive ion exchange. The resulting materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), dispersive
energy spectrometry analysis (EDX), Thermogravimetry (ATG), and extent of adsorption of n-butylamine. The
diffraction of MCM-22 (P) precursor showed typical peaks for a topology MWW (Mobil tWenty tWo). According to
the XRD pattern of the calcined sample, there were observed peaks related to organic material that is
responsible for the production of zeolite MCM-22. Through thermogravimetry, it was verified that loss of mass
in catalytic samples was located around 150 掳C. The loss of total mass of the catalysts shows a considerable
reduction in the amount of n-butylamine physisorbed by the bimetallic catalyst.El objetivo de este estudio fue producir la zeolita MCM-22 y, a partir de 茅sta, desarrollar catalizadores de zeolitas
(Ni/MCM-22, Pt/MCM-22 y Pt-Ni/MCM-22). La obtenci贸n de estos catalizadores se realiz贸 mediante el proceso de
intercambio competitivo de iones. Estos materiales se caracterizaron por Difracci贸n de Rayos X (DRX),
Espectrometr铆a de Energ铆a Dispersiva (EDX), Termogravim茅trico (TGA), y grado de adsorci贸n de n-butilamina.
La difracci贸n de rayos X del precursor MCM-22 (P) mostr贸 los picos t铆picos de la topolog铆a MWW (Mobil tWenty
tWo). En el patr贸n de difracci贸n de la muestra calcinada no se observaron picos relacionados con la materia
org谩nica responsable por la producci贸n de la zeolita MCM-22. Se verific贸 por termogravimetr铆a, que la p茅rdida
de masa en las muestras del catalizador se encuentra cercana a los 150 掳C. La p茅rdida de masa total de los
catalizadores muestra una reducci贸n considerable en la cantidad de n-butilamina fisisorbida para el catalizador
bimet谩lico
Obtenci贸n de la zeolita MCM-22 a trav茅s de la s铆ntesis hidrotermal utilizando diferentes m茅todos.
This study aims to evaluate different methodologies in the preparation of zeolite MCM-22. These materials were
characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetry (TG). The
preparation of zeolite MCM-22 broke the hydrogels with the following molar composition: 0.511 SiO2: 0.039
NaOH: 0.024 Al2O3: H2O 23.06 (Method A) and 0.511 SiO2: 0.048 NaOH: 0.038 Al2O3: H2O 23.06 (method B).
Obtention of zeolite MCM-22 can be confirmed by the peaks of X-ray diffraction showed that the typical topology
of lamellar layers intercalated with organic molecules, the director of structures hexametilenoimina (HMI). SEM
images showed that the zeolites are composed of clusters of spherical particles and identifies a change in
morphology depending on the method employed. Through the results it is concluded that it is possible to
synthesize zeolite MCM-22 with the two methods (A and B).En este estudio se evaluaron diferentes metodolog铆as en la preparaci贸n de la zeolita MCM-22. Estos materiales
se caracterizaron por difracci贸n de rayos X (DRX), microscop铆a electr贸nica de barrido (SEM) y termogravimetr铆a
(TG). La preparaci贸n de la zeolita MCM-22 fractur贸 los hidrogeles con la siguiente composici贸n molar: 0.511
SiO2: 0.039 NaOH: 0.024 Al2O3: 23.06 H2O (m茅todo A) y 0.511 SiO2: 0.048 NaOH: 0.038 Al2O3: 23.06 H2O
(m茅todo B). La obtenci贸n de la zeolita MCM-22 puede ser confirmada por los picos de difracci贸n de rayos X que
mostr贸 la topolog铆a t铆pica de las capas laminares intercaladas con mol茅culas org谩nicas, como conductor de
estructuras hexametilendiamina (HMI). Im谩genes SEM mostraron que las zeolitas se componen de conjuntos de
part铆culas esf茅ricas e identifican un cambio en la morfolog铆a en funci贸n del m茅todo empleado. A trav茅s de los
resultados se concluye que es posible sintetizar zeolita MCM-22 con los dos m茅todos (A y B)
