A WIRELESS NETWORK-BASED RFNET SOLUTION FOR FLIGHT TEST
ITC/USA 2007 Conference Proceedings / The Forty-Third Annual International Telemetering Conference and Technical Exhibition / October 22-25, 2007 / Riviera Hotel & Convention Center, Las Vegas, NevadaAn rfNET solution based on IEEE 802.11 wireless network is presented to perform one-way remote transmission of airborne instrumentation data and multi-channel video images in flight test by modifying the wireless network bridge and UDP protocol. Its architecture and structure is introduced briefly and the results of ground transmission test and flight demonstration transmission are provided. It also points out the major problems of this solution for engineering application and their solutions.International Foundation for TelemeteringProceedings from the International Telemetering Conference are made available by the International Foundation for Telemetering and the University of Arizona Libraries. Comprehensive Evaluation of Wheat Varieties in Southern Shandong Province by DTOPSIS Based on Entropy Weighting
[Objectives] To screen a new wheat variety suitable for planting in southern Shandong Province. [Methods] The DTOPSIS based on entropy weighting was used to comprehensively evaluate 9 traits of 19 wheat varieties planted in southern Shandong Province. [Results] The weight of each indicator from low to high was growth period < yield < bulk density < plant height < effective panicle < basic seedling < 1 000-grain weight < heading rate < number of grains per panicle. The Ci value of 6 varieties were greater than 0.5, specifically, 0.922 1 for Shannong HH126, 0.868 for DK171, 0.851 5 for Hemai 179, 0.719 6 for Feida 6, 0.696 7 for Jinlai 36 and 0.523 2 for Yannong 301. [Conclusions] The comprehensive traits of these six wheat varieties are good, and they are suitable for planting in southern Shandong Province

Distribution characteristics of fractured rock in overburden induced by double pressure relief mining of thick coal seam and pressure relief gas extraction technology
Aiming at the safety problem of high gas emission caused by double unloading in the mining process of 222 fully mechanized caving face of Xiashijie Coal Mine, which leads to excessive gas emission, combined with the theory of mining fissure âOâ circle and âannular fissure bodyâ, the analysis based on the failure characteristics of the overlying rock caused by double unloading in fully mechanized caving mining in thick coal seams, physical similarity simulation and FLAC3D numerical simulation are used to study the evolution model of overlying rock cracks in the goaf of double unloading working face, and the fissure field and the stress field evolution feedback mechanism, according to the crack density, divides the overlying rock fissure field into a permeable area, a longitudinal permeable area and a horizontal permeable area. Combining the Fluent simulation of the gas flow field migration mechanism, the double unloaded goaf overlying rock fissure field + stress field + gas seepage field are coupled with each other to further supplement the gas flow field law in the goaf: low-level low-concentration gas flow zone and high-level high concentration gas flow circle. The dual unloaded goaf gas control method is proposed, which is a high-position directional boreholegas drainage scheme in the compound goaf, and has been applied in engineering. The results show that the range of the compressed gas extraction and enrichment area is determined to be that: the width of the working face on the return side is 40 m, and the distance from the roof of the coal seam is 60.8 m to 150 m. Through the implementation of the high-position directional borehole gas drainage program in the compound goaf, the gas concentration in the upper corner is lower than 0.8%, and the gas concentration in the working face and return airway is lower than 0.3%

Review of a Specialty Fiber for Distributed Acoustic Sensing Technology
Specialty fibers have introduced new levels of flexibility and variability in distributed fiber sensing applications. In particular, distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) systems utilized] the unique functions of specialty fibers to achieve performance enhancements in various distributed sensing applications. This paper provides an overview of recent preparations and developments of specialty-fiber-based DAS systems and their sensing applications. The specialty-fiber-based DAS systems are categorized and reviewed based on the differences in scattering enhancement and methods of preparation. The prospects of using specialty fibers for DAS systems are also discussed
Reconstruction of the labia majora using a neurovascular pedicled pudendal thigh flap after extensive vulvectomy for primary extramammary Paget's disease: A case report
Key Clinical Message A neurovascular pedicled pudendal thigh flap was used to reconstruct labial defect after extensive vulvectomy for primary extramammary Paget's disease. The flap was reliable for the superior skin and ideal for large labial defect reconstruction. Abstract Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD), a rare type of intraepidermal carcinoma, predominantly affects the genitalia. Generally, the treatment for primary EMPD is wide surgical excision; however, large tissue defects after resection necessitate customized reconstruction. Previously, several reconstruction techniques have been outlined, such as local skin flaps (VâY flaps), skin grafts, pedicled flaps, and free flaps. However, the complexity of EMPD management is due to the multiple flaps and techniques. In this case report, we applied a neurovascular pedicled pudendal thigh flap to reconstruct a labial defect in a 68âyearâold woman using the technique of elevation and particularly the insetting of the flap. This pedicled flap was robust and reliable, producing a labium that was natural in appearance with goodâquality skin cover and a protective sensation. The patient was satisfied with both the cosmetic appearance and normal sensation of the reconstructed labia. Additionally, the linear scar at the donor site was located along the inguinal fold, and the flap was accepted by the patient as an ideal tissue for reconstruction of the large labial defect
