Cet article met à l’épreuve la distinction classique icône/symbole dans l’étude de graphes. Accessoirement, il démontre qu’à partir d’une proposition simple, du type sujet–verbe–complément direct, et de la négation des ses parties, on peut constituer 448 propositions distinctes.The article tests the classic icon-symbol distinction in the study of graphs. It also demonstrates that, starting with one simple Subject– Verb–Complement proposition, and the operation of negation of its parts, it is possible to generate 448 different propositions

Multilayer multifunctional advanced coatings for receivers of concentrated solar power plants

International audienceThe extending market of concentrated solar power plants requires high-temperature materials for solar surface receivers that would ideally heat an air coolant beyond 1300 K. This work presents investigation on high-temperature alloys with ceramic coatings (AlN or SiC/AlN stacking) to combine the properties of the substrate (creep resistance, machinability) and of the coating (slow oxidation kinetics, high solar absorptivity). The first results showed that high temperature oxidation resistance and optical properties of metallic alloys were improved by the different coatings. However, the fast thermal shocks led to high stress levels not compatible due to the differences in thermal expansion coefficients

Peirce et la clinique

Cet article présente les principaux concepts dont nous avons pu montrer jusqu’ici l’efficience dans la théorie psychanalytique. Tous sont tirés de l’œuvre de Peirce, sa phanéroscopie et sa sémiotique. Leur justification peut être trouvée dans nos différents ouvrages. Nous tentons à travers eux une articulation propre au champ de la clinique. Nous proposons une nouvelle idée, celle de forme-émergente ou forme-rythme afin de rendre compte de l’impossibilité de considérer la forme comme un objet défini. Il nous semble que cela peut constituer une avancée dans la prise en compte de la logique du vague de Peirce.This paper presents the main concepts of which we have shown so far the efficiency in psychoanalytical theory. They have been drawn from Peirce’s writings, his phaneroscopy and semiotics ; one can find their justification in our own works. Through these concepts, we are trying to offer a suitable articulation for the field of clinic. To account for the impossible consideration of the form as a precise object, we propose a new idea : the emerging form, or rhythm form. This may well constitute a progress in the understanding of Peirce’s logic of vagueness
