The present-day development of the Russian Federation is mostly shaped by the innovative development capacity of the national economy. Industry forms the core of such development. The paper presents the study of the current state of the innovative development in industry being the source of the basic innovations, as well as identifies the limitation factors. The authors have found out that low innovative activity of the industrial enterprises holds back the implementation of innovations in the related sectors, for instance, trade. It has also been found out that the course of the innovative development in the field of trade is also shaped by the sector-specific factors, which should be considered to adjust the innovation policy of a trading enterprise

The relevance of the topic is needed review and resolve problems of reproduction of fixed capital of industrial enterprises, identification of regularities and peculiarities of its reproduction in conditions of transition to new technological way of life, search of ways of increase of efficiency of formation and development of capital in modern conditions. Long enough for the reproductive processes were considered from the standpoint of attracting investment funds and analyze the dynamics of financial capital, without affecting the issues of reproduction of real capital, the more problems the latest requirements of the modern paradigm of development characterized by the increasing importance of the innovative capacity of enterprises and the economy as a whole. Modern aspects of economic analysis require serious consideration of the problems of the reproduction of capital. In the period of economic reforms in the 80s and 90s the twentieth century, clearly delineated the problems of reproduction of fixed capital of industrial enterprises. Reproductive cycles in this period was carried out in conditions of chronic shortage of investment resources required for sustainable reproduction processes. The perspectives of wine industry development in the Samara region

The article discusses the perspectives of wine industry development in the Samara region. It represents a 5-year (2014–2018) assessment of quality indicators involving 16 commercial varieties of grape, cultivated in the Samara region. The grape quality was assessed based on physical and chemical indicators of stum and dry table wine. The research showed significant fluctuations in physical and chemical indicators depending on the year, connected with unstable climatic conditions of growing. The data obtained after the analysis of stum and wine shows that climatic conditions in the Samara region allow for growing and processing not only early and early to medium varieties but also obtaining good results for medium and medium-late grape. INFLUENCE OF PLASTICIZER CONTENT ON ORGANOLEPTIC, PHYSICO-CHEMICAL AND STRENGTH CHARACTERISTICS OF APPLE SAUCE-BASED EDIBLE FILM

Biodegradable edible films are developed as alternative packaging materials. Due to their unique chemical composition, apples can act as a raw material for the production of edible films. The aim of the work is to create an edible film from apple raw materials using the following plasticizers: agar, carrageenan or xanthan gum. Edible films have a yellowish color, characteristic for apple sauce. The film with the addition of xanthan gum as a plasticizer has the most acceptable flavor properties. Microscopic examination of edible film samples was carried out using a conventional and laser microscope. The structure of the edible film with an increase in the proportion of fiber becomes more homogeneous. IR spectra with a Fourier resolution of the analyzed edible film samples were obtained, which make it possible to isolate the presence of free hydroxyl groups. For edible films based on apple sauce with the addition of agar and xanthan gum as a plasticizer, there is a tendency to increase the tensile strength with increasing the amount of plasticizer (from 1.32 to 1.70 MPa for agar and from 1.68 to 3.50 MPa for xanthan gum).
