Судебно-медицинская экспертиза ортодоксальных причинно-следственных связей в аспектах системного подхода

У статті викладений літературний огляд деяких суперечливих питань причинного аналізу в теперішній практиці судово-медичної експертизи. Запропонований системний підхід, як інноваційний логіко-філософській інструмент удосконалення ортодоксального причинного аналізу.In the article presents the literature review some of controversial issues causal analysis in the present practice of forensic examination.
