Plants of residential and industrial zones of Cherepovets
The research was carried out in 2021-2022 in the city of Cherepovets, Vologda region. The aim of the study was to assess the species composition of plants within the administrative boundaries of Cherepovets and to propose measures to restore the biodiversity of the study area. The level of urbanization of the territory is estimated as moderate. For the first time the data on the current species composition of plants of residential and industrial zones of the city of Cherepovets were obtained. In particular, species from the Red Book list as well as those in need of biological control were identified
Mercury content in tree plants in the industrial area of Cherepovets, Russia
The aboveground organs of plants are natural bioindicators of atmospheric precipitation, and their study makes it possible to assess the state of the geochemical background of a number of elements, including mercury. Mercury is a highly toxic element for all living organisms. The mercury content was determined on the RA-915M mercury analyzer with PIRO attachment of the Regional shared services center of Cherepovets State University. The data on the content of mercury in the leaves of different types of woody and shrubby plants of the industrial area of Cherepovets are presented. The mercury content in the leaves of the studied plant species varied from 0.40 ng/g to 34.90 ng/g. It was noted that non-deciduous trees have the lowest levels of mercury in leaves – 9.80±1.01 ng/g, shrub forms have intermediate values – 12.47±0.92 ng/g and deciduous trees the highest concentrations –16 .95±0.56 ng/g. The results obtained can be used for scientifically-based regulation of the phytotechnology system of urbanized area and for more efficient landscaping
Mechanisms of Formation of Human Culture in Education
The relevance of the research problem lies in the necessity of an axiological approach to the formation of the personality in education and the task of strengthening the ideal image of the function. The aim of this article is studying and understanding the culture of personality formation mechanisms in relation to future specialists. The leading method of research was the theoretical analysis of philosophical and cultural approaches to the cultural formation of the personality and to the content of human culture. Content analysis was based on the philosophical and cultural concepts of V. S. Bibler, M. Buber, J. G. Herder, I. Kant, L. N. Kogan, D. S. Likhachev, A. Schweitzer, M. Scheler, and others. The experiment method was the experimental realization of formation stages of the future specialist as a person of culture, which allowed revealing the positive role of cultural mechanisms in this process. The result is the stages of human culture formation as well as mechanisms for their implementation. The article may be useful for specialists of the educational sphere, social philosophers, and culturologists
Shaping the Integral Personality of a Future Teacher
The culturological paradigm of education has been developing for more than a decade now (V. L. Benin, M. N. Dudina, N. B. Krylova, N. V. Nalivaiko, V. A. Slastenin, I. E. Widt, V. I. Zagvyazinsky, A. S. Zapesotsky, A. S. Zadorina, A. F. Zakirova, etc.). The aims of education have become a priority direction of research in this area. First and foremost, we consider replacing the information-knowledge approach by the axiological one. The solution of this problem provides access to an active cultural creativity in society and overcoming technocratic processes in it. An important role in social change belongs to the teacher as the subject of such creativity because shaping a cultured individual largely depends on pedagogical education. The mechanisms and content of cultured individual development are not well defined. We believe that the solution of the problem requires some analysis of both pedagogical and cultural studies associated with the psychology of the process and its philosophy. The author shares theoretical and methodological results of her study on shaping the integral cultured individual. The aim of the article is to show the significance of values and meanings in pedagogical education and different opportunities for shaping the integral personality of a teacher. Methodology and techniques include philosophy of education and theory of culture, theoretical research methods (logical, comparative, analytical, ascent from the abstract to the concrete). The scientific novelty of the article is the use of the analysis of shaping the integral personality of a teacher as a cultural problem of training and a study of cultural transformation process. The practical significance of the article involves a list of suggested methods for shaping the integral and cultured individual

Neural Network System for Recognizing Images Affected by Random-Valued Impulse Noise
Images taken with different sensors and transmitted through different channels can be noisy. In such conditions, the image most often suffers from random-valued impulse noise. Denoising an image is an important part of image preprocessing before recognition by a neural network. The accuracy of image recognition by a neural network directly depends on the intensity of image noise. This paper presents a three-stage image cleaning and recognition system, which includes a developed detector of pulsed noisy pixels, a filter for cleaning found noisy pixels based on an adaptive median, and a neural network program for recognizing cleaned images. It was noted that at low noise intensities, cleaning is practically not required, but noise with an intensity of more than 10% can seriously damage the image and reduce recognition accuracy. As a training base for noise, cleaning, and recognition, the CIFAR10 digital image database was used, consisting of 60,000 images belonging to 10 classes. The results show that the proposed neural network recognition system for images affected by to random-valued impulse noise effectively finds and corrects damaged pixels. This helped to increase the accuracy of image recognition compared to existing methods for cleaning random-valued impulse noise
Institutional Factors Affecting the North Caucasus Region in Connection to its Russian Identification
The paper is devoted to the general problems of development of the North Caucasus region and various aspects of its investigation. This theme was not easy for scientists and analysts at all times, and it cannot be understood in a one-dimensional measurement. In general the Caucasus has provided and continues to exert considerable influence on the formation and development of the Russian identity and this is both theoretical and practical importance for us. Therefore much attention is paid to the present situation in Russian society, its ability to meet the challenges of the times in a rapidly changing world and changes in domestic and foreign policy on its southern borders. The paper presents different approaches to analysis and different comments on them. But all Russian researchers are united in one thing - in the understanding and preservation of this unique region as an integral part of the Russian state and Russian identity
