    Family communication is the verbal and non-verbal exchange of information between family members. Behaviors that require understanding, sharing, and cooperation occur through communication within the family. In modern families, spending free time together has lost its importance and this function has shifted out of the family. Social media is of great importance in effectively filling the communication gap in family communication. Personal accounts are contacted through certain applications and sometimes our family and relatives are contacted through these accounts. Sometimes we lose control of our lives by not managing our time correctly.     It is an undeniable fact that one of the invisible rules in the criterion of the individual and society is "expectation". From the moment a baby comes into the world, it continues its cycle by becoming an adult in the paradox of expectation and trying to manage its expectations from its own baby. The parameter in which the expectation phenomenon is highest in the family criterion reaches its peak during the academic adventures in which children's lives are built. The parent who wants the best for his child in his inner world makes the judgmental mistake that only the parent can choose the best for him in his academic life to want the best for his child. This is where the concept of expectation has effects on the child and his academic life. With this study, the concept of motivation within the framework of expectation value theory was evaluated by different scientific approaches in the literature. With the methodology with relational screening model, the expectation and the dynamics and parameters that vary from different aspects within the family are motivated according to the scale used in the research; The effect of motivation on academic exam success results in relation to sub-dimensions such as internal target orientation, external goal orientation, task value, belief in learning control, self-efficacy perception and motivation was examined.  Article visualizations

    Urban open spaces are among the most common usage areas of urban life in the historical process. It is the most effectively used element of the areas designed as open spaces in urban planning. From a sociological point of view, urban squares are positioned as an important "public space", which is used by the inhabitants of these regions for cultural, social, commercial or political purposes on special occasions, in short, where urban life comes to life. While urban squares were an important "urban life focus" that formed the personality and identity of cities in the process, they lost their original values when they were used as car parks at the point we reached. Urban space is the main means of integration of a city/city. Public “urban spaces” are places where people can transfer their cultural knowledge and learn again. However, in terms of defining the city, individuals; It is in these places that he gains the experience of being an urbanite as a result of their cultural identity, development and communication with others. Social movements, revolutions and even coups have become symbols in the city squares, and sometimes they have been the places where the rebellion of the societies and sometimes the entertainment reached their peak. Squares, which are the basic communication and interaction spaces before the period that we will call the development of technology and the communication age, have an important place in the history of countries and societies in terms of socialization.     NETNOGRAPHY STUDY ON CONFORMING BEHAVIOR IN NEW MEDIA AND IDEOLOGICAL ONLINE SOCIAL NETWORK COMMUNITIES

    Due to the spiral of human-technology-society-communication, today's society has experienced, perhaps, the fastest and most extreme change in human history in the last two hundred years. The phenomenon of technological life, so ingrained in the culture of living as a community, has come to affect the way we live, think and even die. In this study, the effect of technology has been specifically examined on the basis of the dominance of the concept of ideology on the phenomenon of community. Then, the effects of ideology on online social networking groups were studied. The state of harmony and opposition that emerged in society and human behavior with the effect of technology has been the aim parameters of this study. Its methodological structure was designed with the Netnographic research method, and online social networking groups on the Facebook platform created the specific study area of the research. In the Constitutional Amendment Referendum held in Turkey on April 16, 2017, it was observed that the votes of individuals active in social networks were determined by the famous names they identify with. Therefore, it has been seen that ideological conformity behavior occurs with identification in the context of elections.  Article visualizations
