Visceral Leishmaniasis
Although leishmaniasis is widely prevalent in the eastern states of India namely Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, diagnosing the illness is still difficult. We present a case of a 20-year-old agricultural labourer with a history of recurrent fever, progressive weakness and abdominal discomfort associated with loss of appetite for six months followed by petechial hemorrhages over body. On examination there was hepato-splenomegaly. A diagnosis of visceral leishmaniasis (kala-azar) was made based on the bone marrow aspiration cytology and epidemiological history of the illness. Routine blood investigations showed pancytopenia and a chest X-ray was normal. The patient was treated by intravenous administration of amphotericine B, the patient responded favourably to treatment
Energy Metering by using Power Line Communication
Everywhere automation is needed to reduce the work. We decided to put in to practice the meter reading using power line communication. It can be measure real time and also save the time. It had better user interface and digital data analysis. Data was send over existing carrier by using power line that's minimizes the complexity and cost of system. Energy meter reading was a monotonous and costly work. The meter reader people run through each meter and catch the meter reading manually to issue the bill which will later be entered in the billing software for payment automation. If the manual meter reading and bill data entry process can be automated then it minimizes the hard task and financial wastage system. It was used for data collecting from the meter and processing the collected data for billing and other decision purposes. We had proposed an automatic meter reading system which was low cost, high performance and cover highest coverage area. In the data receiving and processing unit meter reading was collected from the transceiver which controlled by another microcontroller. There was computer application that will take the data from the microcontroller. This was help to avoid any tampering or break down of energy.

Expert System for Diseases Occur due to Diabetes
This paper explains expert system which will be able to fully diagnoses and treat the diseases caused by diabetes. For example Pancreas, Thyroid and Parathyroid glands are some diseases caused by diabetes. Furthermore, the expert system will give first aids in emergency cases caused by diabetes. Since, diabetes diseases are widely spreads in the India; we chose it to be the primary target from the diabetes diseases. Our expert system is not meant to replace the human physician but using such system may be useful in cases like overcoming the problems of the shortage in human physicians and accuracy and speed in processing facts. This system can be used to help the physician in their work
Design & Control Smart Automatic Water Monitoring System
This paper presents a system framework taking the advantages for the real-time monitoring on the water quality in aquaculture. We design the structure of the wireless sensor network to collect and continuously transmit data to the monitoring software. The discharge of wastewater effluents untreated or equally treatment without periodic quality monitoring, can lead to catastrophic water pollution in the long term affecting the aquatic life, agriculture farming and soil conditions of the entire downstream ecosystem. Moreover, the monitoring software developed to represent the monitoring hardware and data visualization, and analyze the data with expert knowledge to implement the auto control. The monitoring system has been realization of the digital, intelligent, and effectively ensures the quality of aquaculture water. Practical deployment results are to show the system reliability and real-time characteristics, and to display good effect on environmental monitoring of water quality
