Pola Komunikasi Pimpinan dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Bp (Brand Presenter) di PT. Budiman Subrata Niaga Pekanbaru
The research used a descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Departing from the phenomenon that appears in the PT. Budiman Subrata Niaga Pekanbaru is the low comfort of employees while performing work that resulted in the lack of commitment and raises employees desire to leave the company. The problem in this thesis is the communication patterns leader in improving employee loyalty. This study aims to determine how the processes and forms of communication patterns leader in increasing employee loyalty PT. Budiman Subrata Niaga Pekanbaru.
The data in this study was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, library research and internet searching. Data analysis techniques in this study is a model of data analysis techniques Miles and Hubberman by using the component data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing. Meanwhile, data validity checking techniques through extension of participation and triangulation.

Results of the study showed that the pattern of leadership is communication made structural and familial patterns of communication in which the communication pattern has been running as expected. The communication process is done there feadback leaders, formal and informal communication and the message that was delivered in the form of informative and persuasive messages. Forms of communication patterns lead to tips leadership in strengthening leadership and employee relations, reward or prestige as well as providing knowledge and a sense of security for each employee.

Penggunaan Media Permainan Kartu Domino untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Reaksi Reduksi Oksidasi di Kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru
The research about the use of domino card game media has been conducted in SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to improve the student achievement on the subject oxsidation reduction reaction in class X SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. The type of this research is experimental research with experiment design randomized control group pretest-posttest. Sample of the research consisted of two classes, a class X.3 as an experimental class (use domino card game media) and class X.2 as the control class (without domino card game media). T-test was used as analysis technique. Based on the data analysis obtained t > t table i.e 3,24>1.66, so it can be concluded that use domino card game can improve the student achievement on the subject of oxidation reduction reactions in class X SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru up to 10,45%
Analisa Landsat 5 Dan Srtm Untuk Identifikasi Struktur Geologi Sebagai Langkah Awal Penentuan Lokasi Potensi Cebakan Hidrokarbon Di Sebagian Pantura Jawa Tengah
Eksplorasi awal penentuan potensi cebakan hidrokarbon sebelumnya banyak dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei langsung atau terestrial yang banyak memakan waktu dan biaya. Penggunaan citra optik penginderaan jauh dan model ketinggian atau permukaan bumi digital mulai meningkat, sebagai jawaban terhadap kebutuhan untuk penilaian yang lebih akurat dan efisien pada tahapan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi beberapa teknik pengolahan citra seperti band ratio, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), komposit false color, dan fusi citra yang menggabungkan Landsat 5 TM dengan SRTM untuk memberikan informasi sebagai dasar penentuan lokasi potensi cebakan hidrokarbon di sebagian Pantura Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis medan berupa informasi morfologi dan struktur geologi, yang diinterpretasi secara visual dan dilakukan cek lapangan. Hasil interpretasi kemudian dilakukan validasi menggunakan sumur minyak dan gas dan data seismik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa band ratio dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kandungan mineral permukaan, sedangkan PCA dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis tutupan lahan dan pola kelurusan. Komposit false color saluran 457 (RGB) baik digunakan untuk interpretasi batuan dan struktur geologi, sedangkan fusi semua teknik pengolahan citra dengan DSM dapat digunakan untuk menentukan struktur geologi, jenis dan batas batuan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan empat area potensi cebakan hidrokarbon yang dikategorikan sebagai cebakan antiklinal. Integrasi dengan sumur minyak dengan gas menunjukkan tiga dari empat area potensi yang diidentifikasi dari citra terdapat sumur migas, sementara integrasi dengan data seismik menunjukkan bahwa dua lokasi interpretasi yang dilintasi jalur seismik menunjukkan bentukan cebakan hidrokarbon. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa interpretasi citra memberikan hasil yang baik dan dapat digunakan untuk pemetaan geologi dalam eksplorasi awal sebagai dasar penentuan potensi cebakan hidrokarbon
Pengaruh Total Quality Management, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, Sistem Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Asuransi di Pekanbaru)
The Purpose of this study was to gain empirical evidence referred to the effect of Total Quality Management, performance measurement system, the reward system to managerial performance in the insurance companies in Pekanbaru. The Population of this study was all managers in the insurance company in Pekanbaru. The number of respondents who used as samples were 43 managers of the insurance companies. The data analysis method was multiple regression analysis. The result of the study shows that there were the direct effect of Total Quality Management to managerial performance. Pengolahan Limbah Cair Industri Tahu Menggunakan Tanaman Typha Latifolia dengan Metode Constructed Wetland
Tofu industry is a domestic industry largely do not have sewage treatment units, wherewastewater directly discharge into sewers or water bodies without treatment. The aims ofstudy observation the ability of constructed wetland using T. latifolia to removal, COD andTSS. The research variations were plant and detention time. Constructed wetland reactorusing plastics with dimension 50, 36, 31cm, in length x width x height and soil mediathickness of 10 cm, 5 cm sand and 5 cm gravel. T. latifolia plant density 0, 0,5, 0,75 and 1g/cm2, and variations detention time 1,2, and 3 day. Optimal results were obtained in plantsTypha latifolia 1 g/cm2 and detention time day to 3 there are COD 200 mg/L and efficiency of92,70%; TSS 153 mg/L with efficiency 87,90%;. Anova analysis results α = 5% show thevalue COD 98,8%; and TSS 92,8%. Wich explains that the plant density factor and detentiontime affect the the concentration reduction COD and TSS
Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik Berbasis Hierarki Konsep pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia SMA Pokok Bahasan Laju Reaksi
The objective of this research was to develop the student\u27s activity paper on the subject of reaction rate. The type of this research was reserach and development (R & D) with the 4-D development model which include Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research was to develop phase and be continue with a definite tryout. This research was conducted in FKIP Riau University. The object of this research was the students\u27 activity paper based on the concept hierarchy. The data analysis technique used for this research was descriptive statistic descriptive. The descriptive analysis done by calculated the percentage of validation value. The average score of valuation to four expediency aspect of student\u27s activity sheet by validator\u27s team, such as the content properness, the language properness, course and the graphical has expediency value continued is 86.88%, 91.25%, 81.25% and 85.93%. Thus, the average score totality of student\u27s activity paper based on the problem solving subject of salt hydrolysis is 90% which is in valid criteria, means that the LKPD Developed is proper to be use. Whereas percentage response of student or collegian is 93% to LKPD with positive criteria
