SINKRONISASI HARGA SAHAM MELALUI KUALITAS AKRUAL DAN RISIKO PASAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA STUDI KHASUS PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN

The objectiveof this researchwas examining empirically the correlation between the nondiscretionary accruals, the discretionary accrual and the market  risk on the stock price synchronization. The non discretionary sccruals, the discretionary accruals and the market risk were regarded as the specific information of companies. The subject of this research was tge specific information of companies. The subject of this research was the banking companies indexed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 201-2017. The result of this research showed that the nondiscretionary accruals affected the stock price synchronicity, the discretionary accrual did not affect the stock price synchronicity and the market risk did noot affect the stock price synchronicity. The important of this research was that the nondiscretionary accruals were the important factor for the investors to decide the specific infrormation of companies for the decision making of the capital market.

PENENTUAN TIMBULAN AIR LIMBAH DAN UNIT INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH DI CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT KOTA HARAPAN INDAH KOTA BEKASI

Kapasitas pengolahan air limbah harus menampung debit air limbah yang dihasilkan oleh Kota Harapan Indah agar tidak memberi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pembuatan IPAL direncanakan dapat berfungsi sampai 20 tahun ke depan dengan mengacu pada data debit air limbah yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan debit air limbah domestik ini meliputi data jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan air bersih yang berasal dari data sekunder. Perhitungan proyeksi penduduk dari tahun 2018-2041 menggunakan metode terpilih yaitu metode aritmatika. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan proyeksi penduduk dengan metode terpilih, jumlah penduduk pada 20 tahun mendatang yaitu tahun 2041 adalah 918.954 jiwa. Timbulan air limbah CBD Kota Harapan Indah di akhir tahun perencanaan adalah 1.940 L/detik.  Kapasitas IPAL yang direncanakan harus dapat menampung debit minimal 1.940 L/detik agar tidak terjadi overflow, sedangkan di awal tahun perencanaan, debit air limbah yang kurang harus ditambahkan penggelontoran agar proses pengolahan di IPAL dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Pemilihan alternatif menggunakan metode scoring dengan unit IPAL yang terpilih diantaranya bar screen, grease trap, screw pump, grit chamber, bak ekualisasi, aerasi, clarifier, dan disinfeksi
