    Software for end-of-life disassembly analysis

    In recent years, many countries have developed legislations which are aimed to force manufacturers to recycle their products at the end of their life. However, before end-of-life products can be recycled, end-of-life disassembly needs to be in place. It entails large amounts of capital expenditure and time. Besides this, product designers also do not have experience in disassembling and recycling to determine the impact of various design aspects on difficulty at the disassembly stage. Therefore, there is a need for a tool to analyse the disassemblability and recyclability. This paper proposes software named as EDAS to fulfil those needs

    Indonesia sebagai sebuah bangsa yang selalu mengedepankan nilai-nilai etika dan estetika serta moral yang berbudi luhur di dalam berkehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara sudah sangat tergerus oleh kemajuan-kemajuan zaman saat ini, salah satu alasannya karena mereka tidak memilki kecerdasan emosi ketika pengarunh tertinggi dalam kehidupan yaitu 80 persen berasal dari kecerdasan emosi dan 20 berasal dari kecerdasan intelektual. Tapi sekarang lebih menekankan kesebagian besar intelektual bukan emosional sehingga begitu banyak penyimpangan yang terjadi, dengan demikian peningkatan kecerdasan emosional harus diterapkan melalui metode Self Regulated Learning untuk menciptakan motivasi pribadi yang penuh, kepribadian, peduli lingkungan dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya sehingga membentuk karakter yang kuat dan akan menjadi pengaruh yang kuat pada bangsa

    NJOP (Tax Object Sale Value) on which the imposition of tax on land and buildings, should in accordance with the Fair Market Value (NPW) applicable in the relevant area. If NJOP not in accordance with the NPW, the NPW is supposed to represent the value of the land, can not represent the value of the land in a specific zone. The zone is a geographical zone made up of a group of parcels of land that have the same value, so it is also called the Land Value Zone (ZNT). The average of NPW that can not represent the value of the land in a zone, would result in incompatibility ZNT formation, so that there will be a mismatch also to the determination of the United Nations on several parcels of land.Assessment approach using the sales comparison approach (Comparative Sales), where the object of the tax is to be assessed in comparison to other similar tax object that has been known resale value. How to assessment done by mass appraisal (no special attention to the property). This research was conducted with the manufacturing zone to determine sample points to be observed. Then create a zone map of land values based on transaction of value and NJOP (Tax Object Sale Value) District of Gajah Mungkur. Assessment calculations using Microsoft Excel 2007. Making the District Land Value Zone Map Gajah Mungkur 2015 using GIS (Geographical Information Systems) software.Results of this study showed Land Value Zone Map consists of 79 zones to map ZNT transaction and NJOP. Changed in land price difference with NJOP low of 76.31% while the highest price is 747.40%

    In conducting praying, moslems are required to facing Qibla in Masjidil Haram at City of Mecca. Measurement Qibla direction then becomes a problem when the location of a place far away from the Ka'ba because it can not be observed directly eyesight. The problems at the moment still occurs in Indonesian people especially in City of Semarang, so that in determining the direction of Qibla still found a practical way to set the direction of Qibla at west direction. Related to these problems, the need for calculation of the direction of Qibla is not just at west direction. But by a careful calculation, the calculation is also performed on the reference plane used as a reference for each field of reference (ellipsoid, sphere and flat) results in a different direction, in addition to the measurement of Qibla can also be done by observing the shadows when the Rasdhul Qibla event occurs where the sun is right above the Ka'ba. This measurement method aims to determine the pattern of the direction of Qibla in Semarang and how substantial accuracy in each field of reference at Rashdul Qibla events to the direction of Qibla. On the results of the analysis, obtained pattern Qibla direction in Semarang changed every 154.166 meters by 5 seconds enlarged towards the southwest with large changes at 5‘26”, from the value of the smallest direction of Qibla of 294° 20' 38"located in the Genuk district and the value Qibla of 294° 20' 4 " in the Mijen district.Whereas the calculation results at the reducted latitude spherical field of 294° 26' 26.69", the turning reduced ellipsoid fields of 294° 25' 4.16” and the flat fields of 292 ° 12 '8.61". The results of the horizontal plane has different Qibla direction away with two other references fields by 2° 11'7.38" on the sphere field and 2°14'18.08" against ellipsoid field. For Qibla direction result of Rashdul Qibla event observed at 294° 33' 39.22", from these results seen the method closest accuracy to the result of Rashdul Qibla is the reducted latitude spherical field with the difference value results at 0°7'12.31"
