    Absract : This study was motivated by the human need to communicate beside eat and drink. Leaners are expected to have basic skills in communication to be able to socialize with other people especially to develop and maintain close communicatioan, warm, and productive among fellow leaners. So the social life of learners can develop optimally without barriers. This study aim to understand each other in interpersonal comminication before the given group guidance services, to understand process of implementation of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication, to understand each other in interpersonal comminication after the given group guidance services, to understand differences in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance services, and to undestand the influence the group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication. This study the authors carried out in SMKN 4 Pekanbaru and lasted from march until the completion of research. The research subjects were 30 students. Sampling technique is purposive sample. As for the hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant difference in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after being given group guidance and there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. The results of this study show that with 58 dk and a standard error of 0,05 or 5% then obtained t tabel 2,000. While the price of t hitung greater or equal to the t tabel then accepted ha. So tehe hyphothesis is accepted, which means there are significant differences in the ability to understand each other ini interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance. As for fhe effect of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication after the researchers looked for correlations in advance with the correlation coefficient was 0,83 and its determinant coefficient is 0,68. Then there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication

    This study, entitled "Analysis of Student Learning Styles Play Games Online at State Primary School 010 Kubu district academic year 2013/2014". This study aims to: 1). To describe the visual learning style of students, 2). To know the description of auditory learning styles of students, 3). To find a picture of kinesthetic learning styles of students and 4). To find a picture of the students' learning styles play the game online at SDN 010 Kubu district. The method used in this research: descriptive methods. The population in this study were all students of class IV, V, and VI Elementary School 010 Kubu district school year 2013/2014, this study uses saturated sample technique or the total sample with a total sample of 92 people. The experiment was conducted in March and ending in May 2014. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the description of a visual learning style of students in middle category is 70.65%. While the picture of auditory learning style in middle category, namely 56, 57% and kinesthetic learning style picture also in middle category, namely 65, 21%, As well as an overview of learning styles of students who play online games in SD Negeri 010 Kubu district school year 2013/2014 is most of the students have a visual learning style that is 52.45% (48 people). Auditory 25.61% (as many as 24 people) and Kinesthetic 21.94% (20 persons). Based on the results of the data analysis of research, discussion, research findings, the conclusions of this study then recommended to the school (principal) Elementary School 010 Kubu district to be able to understand and care about the learning styles of students who play the game online. Expected to classroom teachers in order to further increase its attention to students' learning styles and find a method of learning that fit each student's learning style appropriately. For parents are expected to be able to accompany her home learning activities, especially for children who have unique learning styles according to the character of the child, so that the learning objectives will be easily accessible and understood the child. For researchers, the next challenge studies to investigate students' learning styles in terms of environmental and psychological factors

    Abstrac : Pursuant to result of observer of writer to class student of VIII in SMP N 5 White Land;Ground of T.P 2013-2014 , Seen the existence of problems concerning introvert personality of student have high achievement to and introvert personality of student have low achievement to. Target of this research is to know introvert personality picture of student have high achievement to and introvert personality of student have low achievement to. This research is done/conducted by using method of diskriptife. Research population is entire/all class of VIII in SMP N 5 White Land;Ground of year 2013-2014 amounting to 88 people. This enquette in using to collect data represent enquette closed. Result of research of this skripsi indicate that : common/ public picture of personality profile from result of data-processing result and research which in making by researcher, hence can be taken by conclusion that : A.     The title of this research is the analysis of student interest in vocational facebook users AL-Muhajirin terms of diligent in learning, Diligent in learning, Neat in doing the task, Having studied schedules, Discipline in the study. The main problem in this research is how the picture of students' interest towards the subjects of facebook users counseling, and student learning outcomes Describing facebook users in the subjects of counseling. The purpose of this study to describe the students' interest towards the subjects of facebook users counseling and to describe the results of student learning in subjects facebook users counseling in class X SMK Al-Muhajirin academic year 2014. The benefit of this research is as inputs to school in order to are use students' interest, as information for further research and as the development of science education in particular. Interest is a mental device that consists of a mixture of feelings, expectations, establishment, prejudice, fear, or other trends that directs a person to a particular choice. (Umaedi, 2002: 8).     The title of this research is β€˜\u27 Effect of Group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of First – Year local track students of Academic Year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru\u27\u27. The purposes of this research were 1) to know the description of local track students\u27 self esteem before given group guidance service, 2) to know the dynamic description of the group guidance implementation in order to enchacement of low self esteem\u27 , 3) to know the description of students\u27 low self esteem enhancement after given group guidance service, 4) to know how much the difference of local track students\u27 low self esteem enhancement before and after given group guidance service is, 5) to know how much the influence of group guidance towards the enhacement of local track students\u27low self esteem is. The instrument used in this research was scale self esteem iventori (sei). The subjects of this research were 29 first – year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research was 29 students and they were selected by purposive sampling. The description of self esteem before given group guidance was in low category (100%), medium category (0%), and high category (0%). The description of local track students\u27 self esteem enhacement after given group guidance was in lowcategory (0%), medium category (100%), and high category (0%). Based on the result of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 was 0,46 and the determination coefficient (r2) was 0,21. This means that the contribution of group guidance towards the enhacement of low self esteem was 21%. Therefore, it can be known that ttest was bigger than ttable, (12,6 > 2,021) so that Ha was accepted . So, it means that there was influence of group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of first – year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru

    The objectives of this study are 1) to get the description about personal problem experienced male and female students 2) to get the description about emotional problems experienced by male and female students, 3) to get the information about learning problems experienced by male and female students, 4) to get the information about family problems experienced by male and female students, 5) to get the information about social problem experienced by male and female students, 6) to get the descriptions about the problems of male and female students in some aspects such as personal, emotional learning, family and social, 7) to get the description about the problems experienced by male and female students in general. The mean of collecting data is questioner. The subject of this research is the students of class X and XI that consists of 240 students. The result shows that the problems that experienced by male and female students are different, the research finding as stated in table 5 shows that male students who have family problem are 93,2% and female students also have the same problem but it is higher than male students' problem, that is 98% in Senior Vocational School Number 5 Pekanbaru. It s known that the students class XI of Senior Vocational School Number 5 Pekanbaru have family problems on the average. The impact of the family problem is in few category
