Modern aspects of laparoscopic hernioplasty of ventral hernia

Проаналізовано результати 179 операцій із приводу вентральних гриж із застосуванням сітчастих трансплантатів, виконаних за період 2003–2009 рр. в обласній клінічній лікарні. Було проведено рандомізоване дослідження з розподілом усіх пацієнтів на 2 групи. Лапароскопічну герніопластику виконано 86 хворим, відкритий метод герніопластики – 93 пацієнтам. При виконанні лапароскопічної герніопластики застосовували три методи операції. Найбільш перспективні результати серед лапароскопічних методів показав третій метод герніопластики, що пояснюється попереднім зближенням і зшиванням країв грижового дефекту та прямих м’язів живота.There were analyzed the results of 179 surgeries on ventral hernias with an application of reticular transplants, that were performed during 2003 – 2009 in Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital. There was conducted the randomized study, distributing all patients into 2 groups. Laparoscopic hernioplasty was performed in 86 patients, open method of hernioplasty – in 93 patients. At performing of laparoscopic hernioplasty we applied three methods of surgery. The most perspective results among laparoscopic methods showed the third method of hernioplasty, that accounts for suturing of sides of the hernia defect and the stomach rectus

Reaction rates and transport in neutron stars

Understanding signals from neutron stars requires knowledge about the transport inside the star.
