    Kondisi persaingan global yang terjadi saat ini membuat negara-negara di dunia mempersiapkan berbagai macam produk, teknologi, dan SDM yang tangguh serta berkualitas untuk dapat bersaing di era society 5.0. SDM selalu diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi, dan diharuskan mampu menghadapi tantangan dan hambatan. Maka dibutuhkan kecerdasan adversitas  yaitu kecerdasan untuk menghadapi kesulitan dan kemampuan bertahan dalam berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi Pegawai PPNPN Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun dalam melaksanakan tupoksi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ), Ocuppational Stress terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh Adversity Quotient (AQ), Ocuppational Stress terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden 112 orang pegawai PPNPN Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun. Variabel operasional terdiri dari Adversity Quotient (AQ/XI), Ocuppational Stress (OS/X2), motivasi kerja (MK/M), dan kinerja pegawai (KP/Y). Menggunakan metode path analyze sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian adalah adversity quotient (X1/AQ) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (M/MK) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,319 dan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. adversity quotient (X1/AQ) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,251 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. occuppational stress (X2/OS) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (M/MK) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,275 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. occuppational stress (X2/OS) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,225 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05. motivasi kerja (M/MK) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y/KP) pegawai Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia Madiun yaitu dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,203 dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05. motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Artinya motivasi kerja dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,384  dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05. motivasi kerja berperan sebagai pemediasi pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kinerja secara parsial. Artinya motivasi kerja dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien standardized beta 0,271  dan signifikansi 0,03 < 0,05

    This time Blitar City has already had a national tourism icon, which is Bung Karno’s Graveyard. In order to support the development of this main tourism object, surely it must be supported by another tourism object.  Unluckily, there are not many tourism objects which can support Bung Karno’s Graveyard, so tourists can’t feel at home and needn’t to stay longer in Blitar City. Blitar city is not a large City and has  limited natural resources too, so nature tourism is not a potency. Therefore, Blitar City’s Government tries to develop supporting tourism objects from the existance Blitar City’s potency. Karangsari star fruit is such an existing potency of agricultural sector in Blitar City. Blitar City’s Government does not want only stay on  the production of star fruit and its processing products, but star fruit is also become anAagro-tourism which certainly has a wider impact and gives a multiplier effect on Blitar City’s economy. Finally, this Agro-tourism becomes a tourist object which is expected to support the tourism area of Bung Karno’s Graveyard. In order to support the development of this Agro-tourism, surely needs a planning to support and managing the Agro-tourism area infrastructure which can be used as a macro guideline in area management. The Blitar City’s Government has been trying to repair the residential environment of surrounding location. It can be seen from the existing  programs which are given related to environmental quality improvement.  The existing programs include the Urban Village Community Empowerment Program (PPMK). Nevertheless, the program has not provided significant results for the area of Agro-tourism area yet. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate the proper manufacturing of the Agro-Tourism of Karangsari Starfruit area through infrastructure arrangement of it’s location. Based on the prior conditions, so it was carried out a research on the development of tourism in the study area concerned with infrastructure  management  in  Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit of Blitar City. This study has purpose to describe the infrastructure management, determine internal and external factors and analyze development strategies in  Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit, Blitar City. The research process begins by identifying the characteristics of the Agro-tourism Karangsari Starfruit area. Then conducted an analysis of internal and external factors. The research method  which used is descriptive qualitative, with sources of data from interviews, observations, and reviews of several literatures. The data analysis are used SWOT technique. From the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis, strategies that are considered which have urgent priorities will be found. The results of this research  indicate that the main strategies that must be carried out for the development of Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit in Blitar City are : 1).Developing the tourism’s interest, especially artificial tourism by utilizing a sports field which located in westside  of the Agro-tourism area, 2).Providing of a new access point from the southside to the Agro-tourism area, 3).Developing of circulation in the star fruit garden area used the boardwalk concept, 4).Creating a special website for Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit. This research is expected to be able to give suggestion to the Government in order to develop regional tourism in Agro-tourism of Karangsari Starfruit in Blitar City

    Semenjak krisis moneter melanda bangsa Indonesia tepatnya pada tahun 1997/1998, rakyat mengalami guncangan yang sangat besar dari berbagai sektor baik ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Bank Indonesia Cabang Kota Kediri merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang membantu perkembangan UMKM di Kota Kediri pola pembinaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kolaborasi, pola pembinaan, dampak positif dan negatif dari pola pembinaan, hasil kinerja UMKM di Kota Kediri setelah mengikuti pola pembinaan antara Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM di Kota Kediri. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang dilakukan dengan observasi langsung terhadap subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa seluruh pihak terkait duduk bersama agar nantinya tidak ada kesalahpahaman antara semua pihak serta control yang jelas, pola pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia berupa pendampingan dan juga fisik dengan memberikan alat penunjang kegiatan produksi (alat tenun), dampak positif dan negatif dari pelaksanaan pola pembinaan yang dilaksanakan antara pihak Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri dengan UMKM Perkumpulan Pengrajin Tenun Ikat Bandar Kidul Kota Kediri baik secara umum maupun secara khusus, Bank Indonesia Cabang Kediri menetapkan indikator keberhasilan bagi para pelaku UMKM agar pola pembinaan yang dijalankan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan bisa mengembangkan UMKM

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Satisfaction andFinancial Knowledge on Financial Behavior with Locus of Control as anintervening variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT. JasaTirta Energi has 108 employees and a sample of 85 employees is calculated basedon the slovin formula. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collectionmethods using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptiveanalysis and inferential analysis with the help of Smart PLS program. Based onthe results of the study it can be concluded that; (1) financial satisfaction has aninfluence on the locus of control, (2) financial knowledge has an influence on thelocus of control, (3) financial satisfaction has no effect on financial behavior, (4)financial knowledge has no influence on financial behavior, (5) locus of controlhas an influence on financial behavior, (6) financial satisfaction indirectly directlyaffect financial behavior through locus of control as an intervening variable, (7)financial knowledge indirectly affects financial behavior through locus of controlas an intervening variable

    The problem of this research is about the effect of experiential marketing, customer relationship on loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, the population was all customers of Damarmas resort as many as 115 people within 3 months of the study. The number that was sampled at the time of the study started from March 2021 to June 2021, with a quantitative approach through path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Experiential marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (Z) Because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H1 is accepted. Customer Relationship Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (Z) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H2 is accepted. Experiential marketing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H3 is accepted. Customer Relationship Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y) because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H4 is accepted. Satisfaction (Y) has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (Y), because the significance value is <0.05, this means that H5 is accepted indirectly.     The hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a place that gives the service to individual’s health with hospitalized service, regular service and emergency service. The Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a hospital with class C that has capacity 205 beds. Bed Occupational Rate (BOR) for 4 years lately is around 52,5%. The operational expense of hospital is totally from the patients so that the position of customer is very important.   This research Design Uses Correlational Analysis Survey Design by approaching Cross Sectional. It uses the population of all for long hospitalized patients that had got service in Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, and their number is 125 patients with 55 patients as the sample, it is taken by using the technique of purposive sampling. The collection of Data uses the questioner. The data of Research was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis Test.   there are 3 variables that become research material, from the 3 variables studied, there are a total of 23 question items. From each question item, both independent and dependent, it turned out to have a correlation probability value below 0.005 or the Service research variable data (X), General patient satisfaction (Y1) and BPJS patient satisfaction (Y2) at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City were declared valid. . From the results of the questionnaire obtained after being processed, it can be seen from the highest average value obtained in empathy from service providers, which is 3.69 which means the attitude of nurses and doctors is good when responding to questions from patients' families and hospital visitors. While the lowest average is 2.85, which is from the time of the doctor's examination according to the schedule. This explains that many patients are dissatisfied with the doctor's schedule for not being on time. There are two kinds of service rates at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City, which results in differences in treatment for general patients and BPJS patients who seek treatment at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. There is an effect of service rates on general patient satisfaction and BPJS patients at home. Muhammadiyah Hospital Ahmad Dahlan, Kediri City.     The government provides more effective and efficient public services in the context of accelerating regional economic development through vision and mission, superior programs and activities directed at developing local potential according to the characteristics of the basic needs of the local community by taking into account the available resources that can be used as a mainstay sector to attract tourists from outside the area. The local government of Kediri City supports this effort with the flagship program of Kampung Keren (Creative and Independent). The research was carried out in the Kampung Dalem Village, Kediri City with the objectives of the research being (1) analyzing the types of regional superior product potential based on the type of marketing product entity, stakeholder participation, and marketing strategies in the Kampung Keren clusters, (2) analyzing the barriers to potential product development superior areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (3) analyzing the causes of obstacles to the development of potential superior products from the areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (4) analyzing SWOT-QSPM-based development strategies for regional superior products based on Kampung Keren clusters. The methodology is descriptive and the data is collected through discussion, documentation, and direct observation with 30 informants or respondents. The results of the study are 50 (fifty) potential local products that can be developed to support urban tourism based on the Kampung Keren cluster with various types of marketing product entities, especially services, with the largest community participation, and the level of promotion that must be more varied.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses membangun personal brand Deni Purnama melalui media konvensional dan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berusaha memahami proses yang dialami oleh Deni Purnama dalam membangun personal brand. Dalam memahami proses membangun personal brand penulis mengunakan komponen personal brand Parengkuan dan Tumewu (2014) yang terdiri dari Sembilan komponen, yaitu value, skill, behavior, total look, uniqueness, authentic, achievement, strength, dan goal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi gambar. Kedalaman data bukan dilihat secara kuantitas melainkan pada kecukupan data yang diperoleh dalam observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai bahan analisis data dan menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Teknik analisis data mengunakan teknis analisis model alir milik Miles dan Huberman. Miles dan Huberman beranggapan bahwa analisis terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu kredibilitas dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap pembentukan personal brand diawali dengan proses pemahaman akan self concept, selanjutnya pembentukan Sembilan komponen personal brand, pemilihan media, dan yang terakhir pemilihan audiens. Dalam penggunaan media, konsistensi atas pesan yang ditampilkan melalui media konvensional maupun social media harus dijaga karena akan menciptakan persepsi di benak masyarakat. Berasal dari konsistensi tersebut, personal brand seseorang akan terbentuk dan menempel sebagai brand di tengah masyarakat
