ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОЦЕСУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ОФІЦЕРІВ МЕДИЧНОЇ СЛУЖБИ ЗАПАСУ У ДЕРЖАВНОМУ ЗАКЛАДІ “ЛУГАНСЬКИЙ ДЕРЖАВНИЙ МЕДИЧНИЙ УНІВЕРСИТЕТ”

The aim of the work – to highlight the problems of the organizing process the training of medical reserve officers at a moving higher medical school.The main body. The urgent necessity and the main problems of organizing of training of the medical reserve service officers in the transferred higher medical educational establishment have been proved. The ways of formation and development of military medical training at the State Establishment “Luhansk State Medical University” is shown.Conclusions.Military medicine is now in a state of rebirth and requires new highly qualified personnel from the graduates of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine. This problem is especially acute in the context of the armed conflict in the East. Therefore, given the current situation, and despite some difficulties, the establishment of a military department at the State Enterprise “LSMU” was a necessity that was dictated by time and events. Мета роботи полягає у висвітленні проблем процесу організації підготовки офіцерів медичної служби запасу у переміщеному вищому медичному навчальному закладі.Основна частина. Доведено гостру необхідність та окреслено основні проблеми організації підготовки офіцерів медичної служби запасу у переміщеному вищому медичному навчальному закладі. Показано шлях становлення та розвитку військово-медичної підготовки у Державному закладі “Луганський державний медичний університет”.Висновки. Військова медицина нині перебуває у стані відродження та потребує нових висококваліфікованих кадрів із числа випускників ВМНЗ. Особливо гостро ця проблема відчутна в умовах збройного конфлікту на Сході України. Отже, з огляду на ситуацію, що склалася, і незважаючи на певні труднощі, створення військової кафедри у ДЗ “ЛДМУ” стало необхідністю, яка була продиктована часом і подіями
