Transport study of Berry's phase, the resistivity rule, and quantum Hall effect in graphite
Transport measurements indicate strong oscillations in the Hall-,,
and the diagonal-, , resistances and exhibit Hall plateaus at the
lowest temperatures, in three-dimensional Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite
(HOPG). At the same time, a comparative Shubnikov-de Haas-oscillations-based
Berry's phase analysis indicates that graphite is unlike the GaAs/AlGaAs 2D
electron system, the 3D n-GaAs epilayer, semiconducting ,
and some other systems. Finally, we observe the transport data to follow
. This feature is consistent with
the observed relative phases of the oscillatory and .Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure
Versatility and Periyapuranam
Man sets up safe habitats to protect himself from the forces of nature. He also believed that science could help us solve problems in our daily lives. Man is making great achievements today because of his scientific progress. Astronomical research, medicine, and other technical research are constructed through science. Therefore, how the human body is structured, its movement, the forces required for movement, and all such things have been explained by science, and the benefits of science to improve daily life and protect human lives are immense. Sekkizhar's epic Thiruthondar Puranam demonstrates that he was a great artist. The arts have a special place in the Periyapuranam which is also known as national literature. The purpose of this article is to understand the scientific techniques in the fields of dance, song, sculpture, building, education, medicine, astrology, etc., through the Periyapuranam of that period
Worship of Chandesura Nayanar
Although human society is divided due to various reasons, it is only in God that all are united. We know that God is always present in the hearts of those who have peace of mind and purity of mind. Some devotees are submissive to the Lord in love and affection. There are some other devotees of God who are endowed with love and morality and punish those who disturb their devotees with anger and express their devotion to The Lord. Similarly, in Periyapuranam, Chandesura Nayanar punished his father for causing harm to the Lord. In appreciation of that the Lord blessed him with final emancipation and made the world aware of the glories of Chandesura Nayanar. The characteristic of this article is to highlight the methods of worship Nayanars followed
Fabrication of feeding plate prosthesis for a six days old neonate: a case report
Feeding a new born baby with complete cleft lip and palate is a problematic pursuit because of the communication between the oral cavity and the nasal cavity. A multidisciplinary approach is needed to manage the complex problems involved in the case of such neonates and their families. The present case is of a 6-day-old neonate having complete right unilateral cleft lip and palate (Veau class C) for which palatal obturator was constructed. In this case report a stepwise simple, secure, and uncomplicated procedure for making accurate impressions, maxillary cast, and fabrication of palatal obturator in infants with cleft lip and palate have been presented.
