    This study aims to describe: 1) Describe the implementation of class IV management at SDN Galeh 2 Sragen. 2) To describe improve the learning ability of students of class IV in SDN Galeh 2 Sragen. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The resource persons of this research are principal, fourth grade teacher, and learner in SDN Galeh 2 Sragen with observation data collection of classroom management consists of 3 activities, namely teacher learning planning preparing a learning plan tailored to the media and strategies to facilitate the learning process, the implementatiom of clasroom management consisits of two activities, namely the setting of learners and arrangement of learning atmosphere, orderly, smooth and disciplines for the learning anvironment facilities are kept clean and arranged in such a way as to provide a comfortable impression to the learners while learning, the learning evaluation activities are conducted to provide improved learning of learners and follow-up to improve teachres and learners. 2) Improve learning ability by preparing a learning by considering the sharing of students’ learning ability character and creating a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide reward for studenrs who correcrly answer questions from teachers. Group learning is based on learners’ learning abilities. The seating arrangement is arranged according to the learning method and the needs of the leaeners
