    Formation of socially responsible relations system as condition of growth in well-being

    The article addresses problems of the subject matter and the key components of well-being among citizens. Here, well-being is considered a multiple-factor construct that represents a complex correlation between cultural, social, psychological, physical, economic, and spiritual factors. The article expands on the concept of socially responsible relations, the analysis of which makes it possible to explore the growth conditions of well-being more thoroughly. The article researches the social responsibility of the state, businesses, and society. It provides approaches to the measurement of social responsibility through continual human well-being. Social responsibility of the state is viewed through a social policy; the heart of this must be the guaranteeing of human rights to a standard of well-being and social protection in a given society. Social responsibility of the businesses through the plementation of social programs of internal and external orientation. Social responsibility of civil society is considered in the context of the activities of local self-government, public organizations, and citizens themselves. " Attention is given to the fact that the main responsibility for the results of socio-economic development, for the social well-being of its citizens is the state, as it organizes and implements the system in society and implements the principles of social integration and responsibility

    The changing age structure of the population could potentially have significant implications for economic development, labor markets and population welfare in countries with different levels of development. In this regard, there are questions related to possible labor shortages and lack of skilled workers, productivity and innovation, as well as the provision of adequate social protection and other services for the ageing population. Mentoring acts as a mechanism for the transfer of specific and important knowledge, experience, skills, techniques and methods of work, as well as the establishment of the corporate culture of an enterprise. The elderly people who have worked for one and the same company for many years have all the qualities of a mentor. Nowadays the government is actively implementing the policy strategies of supporting older people in their wellbeing; the role of business is also of high importance in this case. The article examines the possibility of using mentoring and engaging retired employees with their experience, high level of their education and professional qualification into training of young inexperienced workers. Mentoring is presented as an element of social entrepreneurship

    The following article looks how the climate changes influence on dangerous industries. Global warming provokes natural disasters - hurricanes, tsunami, earthquakes - that have negative influence on ultra dangerous industries. In the article particularly there is an example of Japanese "Fukushima - 1" atomic power plant accident which was caused by the earthquake and tsunami. In economics theory there are two points how to reduce ecological risks. The first one is based on state restrictive measures - financial instruments. The second point is based on business adaptation to constantly changing climate conditions of management. The article suggests economical strategy, which allows to combine resources of state, business, scientific institutes and non-profit organizations to reduce the risk of technogeneous disasters. Attention is given to the fact that in actively developing Russian economy with the growth of society needs the lack of possibilities of state financing is perceived, at the same time there are large investment projects which can't be realized only by means of market mechanisms because of their scale and social importance. It is connected with the sphere of national safety, fuel - energy industry, transport infrastructure and community facilities. In this regard, the article discusses the French experience to realize large scale projects in the sphere of power industry
