A evasão escolar através do olhar de alunos, pais, professores e equipe gestora em uma escola municipal na cidade de Juazeiro-Bahia

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo, compreender a importância e a percepção dos atores envolvidos no processo educacional em relação ao fenômeno da evasão escolar. A partir desse pressuposto, busca-se identificar os motivos que levam ao abandono escolar, os dados referentes ao abandono escolar no Brasil e como o ambiente escolar se comporta em relação a essa realidade. O trabalho baseou-se numa metodologia quantitativa que buscou compreender a realidade local sobre a evasão escolar, como os alunos, pais, professores e equipe gestora veem e se comportam diante de tal situação. Participaram nesta pesquisa 10 alunos, 10 professores, 10 pais ou encarregados de educação e 8 membros da equipa gestora Conclui-se que a evasão escolar segundo os participantes poderá estar entre 21 e 40% , que as principais causas são atribuídas por todos os inquiridos à necessidade que os alunos têm de trabalhar, embora a lei o proíba para os menores de idade.A falta de qualidade no ensino e a incapacidade de motivação dos alunos por parte dos professores , são também outra das causas indicadas.Os alunos consideram ainda que a dificuldade que têm de acompanhar o ritmo de aprendizagem da turma também os leva a desistirem.Os pais, professores e equipa gestora atribuem também dificuldades à estrutura física e à falta de recursos materiais .The present work aims to understand the importance and perception of actors involved in the educational process in relation to the phenomenon of school evasion. From this assumption, it seeks to identify the motives that lead to school abandonment, the data concerning the abandonment of school in Brazil and how the school environment behaves in relation to that reality. The work was based on a quantitative methodology that sought to understand the local reality about school evasion, such as students, parents, teachers and management team see and behave in the face of such a situation. Participated in this survey 10 pupils, 10 teachers, 10 parents or guardians and 8 members of the managing team concludes that the school dropout according to participants may be between 21 and 40%, that the main causes are attributed by all respondents to the need for students to work, although the law forbids it for minors. The lack of quality in teaching and the inability to motivate students on the part of teachers are also another of the causes indicated. The students also consider that the difficulty that they have to accompany the pace of learning in the class will lead them to give up. Parents, teachers and management team also assign difficulties to the physical structure and lack of material resources
