    Dermatitis is inflammation of the skin as a response against the influence of exogenous or endogenous factors that cause clinical disorders such asefloresensi polymorphic and complaints of itching. Data from Tarakan KKP working area Nunukan in 2015, the prevalence of dermatitis 53.2% of cases.This study aims to describe the incidence of dermatitis on migrant workers at the polling station in Nunukan. This type of research is descriptive with cross sectional design. The population in this study are all workers who are in the polling stations outpatient treatment Polyclinic Tarakan KKP working area Nunukan in september 2016 total 105 people with simple random sampling method sampling.Analysis of the data used areunivariate in the form distribution frequency table accompanied by narration.The results of this study found depiction of the incidence of dermatitis on migrant workers (64.8%) and, not dermatitis (35.2%). The incidence of dermatitis is dominated by age group ≥30 years (60.7%). The majority are those with history of skin diseases (84.2%) and had poor water quality (84.5%). The intensity of the shower bath is dominated by less than 2 times a day (85.3%), baths use rainwater (83.0%) and those who did not shower after work or sports (78.6%). the cleanliness of the clothes dominated by the change of clothes for less than 2 times a day (78.3%), did not iron clothes before use (65.4%), soak the clothes mixed with clothes friends (80.4%) and washes the clothes in a public toilet using rain water (65.3%)all of that included in the category of bad. It is expected to health workers to conduct socialization ofhygiene and health behaviorsin order to overcome the incidence of dermatitis andto the migrant workers, to always maintain personal hygiene and the cleanliness of clothes,as well as increasing proper bathing habits

    Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perkotaan Pedesaan PBB-P2 kota Bandar Lampung dikelola oleh Dinas Pendapatan kota Bandar Lampung mulai dari pencetakan slip tagihan sampai pembuatan laporan realisasi, sedangkan untuk pembayaran dilakukan di Bank Lampung. Kendala yang terjadi pada saat pembuatan laporan realisasi dan tunggakan dimana data masih perlu dilakukan pengolahan dengan Microsoft excel tidak langsung bisa dihasilkan dari database PBB-P2, dan laporan tunggakan wajib pajak di setiap kelurahan dan kecamatan belum dapat didistribusikan dengan cepat.     In accordance with Law No. 20 of 2003 which is about the national education system, universities are obliged to provide education, research and community service. One element in the administration of higher education is a lecturer. Profesinalitas lecturers can be seen from the amount of responsibility in implementing Tri Dharma College is teaching, research and service to their community. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Article 51 Paragraph (1) Item b, that professors are entitled to promotions and rewards according to their academic performance. Lack of respect among lecturers will be one way in the development of academic management at each college and cultivate academic atmosphere, which in turn can accelerate the development of the scientific community of the present and the future as expected.The success of a teacher is the foundation of the success of a college, so it should be a college manages to trim faculty resources to achieve the earliest possible achievement by directing the concentration. A system to implement C.45 algorithm can be used to classify the performance and determination outstanding lecturers.     Conception Rates and Sex Concomitant of Bali Calves Following Oestrus Synchronization and Artificial Insemination of Frozen- Sexed Semen Under Farm Conditions

    The objective of this study was to determine the conception rate of Bali cattle synchronized andartificially inseminated with frozen thawed sexed-semen concomitant with its calves sex. Thisexperiment was conducted in two cattle farms in West Lombok Regency. Oestrus was synchronized witha single injection i.m. of 5 cc Lutalyse ® containing 25 mg of PGF 2α (Lutalyse, Sterile Solution,Pharmacia Animal Health). The observation was conducted in the responded cattle that artificiallyinseminated at once oestrus. Pregnancy diagnosis was conducted by rectal palpation at about day-90. InFarm 1, the conception rate (CR) of PGF 2α -treated and non-treated animals were 29/63 (46.03%) and71/75 (94.66%), respectively. However, in Farm 2 the corresponding values were 38/89 (42.70%) and10/23 (43.48%), respectively. CR in both farms were found being 100%. Sex concomitant rate forfemale calves born in Farm 1 was found being 94/100 (94.00%), whilst in Farm 2, sex concomitant ratefor male calves born was recorded to be 45/48 (93.75%). It was concluded that under farm conditionsoestrus synchronization using PGF 2α in conjunction with AI of frozen-thawed Bali sexed spermatozoamight be used with acceptable conception and calving rates that above 90 % concomitant with itsrespective calve-sex rates

    Truncated Turbo Equalizer with SIC for OTFS

    Orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) is a promising candidate waveform for the next generation wireless communication systems. OTFS places data in the delay-Doppler (DD) domain, which simplifies channel estimation in highmobility scenarios. However, due to the 2-D convolution effect of the time-varying channel in the DD domain, equalization is still a challenge for OTFS. Existing equalizers for OTFS are either highly complex or they do not consider intercarrier interference present in high-mobility scenarios. Hence, in this paper, we propose a novel two-stage detection technique for coded OTFS systems. Our proposed detector brings orders of magnitude computational complexity reduction compared to existing methods. At the first stage, it truncates the channel by considering only the significant coefficients along the Doppler dimension and performs turbo equalization. To reduce the computational load of the turbo equalizer, our proposed method deploys the modified LSQR (mLSQR) algorithm. At the second stage, with only two successive interference cancellation (SIC) iterations, our proposed detector removes the residual interference caused by channel truncation. To evaluate the performance of our proposed truncated turbo equalizer with SIC (TTE-SIC), we set the minimum mean squared error (MMSE) equalizer without channel truncation as a benchmark. Our simulation results show that the proposed TTE-SIC technique achieves about the same bit error rate (BER) performance as the benchmark
