The anticommutator spin algebra, its representations and quantum group invariance

We define a 3-generator algebra obtained by replacing the commutators by anticommutators in the defining relations of the angular momentum algebra. We show that integer spin representations are in one to one correspondence with those of the angular momentum algebra. The half-integer spin representations, on the other hand, split into two representations of dimension j + 1/2. The anticommutator spin algebra is invariant under the action of the quantum group SO_q(3) with q=-1.Comment: 7 A4 page

The pseudoscalar quarkonium state, eta_4 1^S_0, formed by the Standard Model (SM) fourth generation quarks, is the best candidate among the fourth generation quarkonia to be produced at the LHC and VLHC. Implicit Solutions of PDE's

Further investigations of implicit solutions to non-linear partial differential equations are pursued. Of particular interest are the equations which are Lorentz invariant. The question of which differential equations of second order for a single unknown $\phi$ are solved by the imposition of an inhomogeneous quadratic relationship among the independent variables, whose coefficients are functions of $\phi$ is discussed, and it is shown that if the discriminant of the quadratic vanishes, then an implicit solution of the so-called Universal Field Equation is obtained. This study describes the cross-cultural leadership style is about the culture expats applied expats, expats leadership style applied to the company, and the problems faced by expatriates in leading local employees at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery. lThe research type was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is a subsidiary company of PT. Krakatau Posco from South Korea engaged in the steel industry. Methods of data collection used were used that documentation, triangulation and linterviews were conducted in three South Korean expatriates and four local employees. The results showed cross-cultural leadership style adopted by the third South Korean expatriates in PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is centered leadership lstyle subordinate (democratic). South Korean culture has a character that has a high collectivity and emphasis on relationships, so that cross-cultural leadership style applied democratic style. Democratic style seen in corporate decision-making is done in consultation with local employees, expatriates role for employees, and the delegation of authority to employees.
