Operation of the internal export regime of Pilar's customs office

Las aduanas son las instituciones encargadas del control de productos que salen e ingresan al país, las exportaciones cumplen un rol relevante en la situación económica del mismo y se convierte en tema de análisis permanente en esta sociedad globalizada. Considerando que, tanto empresas privadas como la Administración Nacional de Navegación y Puertos han invertido en la infraestructura necesaria, la Dirección General de Aduanas, hace unos años, ha habilitado en la ciudad de Pilar, la exportación de productos nacionales, consolidándose como mecanismo facilitador del comercio internacional. La investigación tiene como objetivos conocer el funcionamiento de las distintas dependencias de la Aduana de Pilar, indagar los principales productos exportados y el destino de los mismos e identificar el impacto social ocasionado por las actividades de exportación en la ciudad de Pilar. Es un estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo, de corte trasversal, muestreo no probabilístico, tipo de muestreo intencional. Los datos se obtienen por medio de revisión documental, entrevistas y cuestionario, y éstos demuestran que la Aduana de la ciudad de Pilar cuenta con una organización adecuada, se conoce los principales productos exportados, el destino de los mismos, y la importancia social de esta importante labor.Customs are the institutions in charge of the control of products leaving and entering the country, exports play a relevant role in the economic situation of the country and become a subject of permanent analysis in this globalized society. Considering that both private companies and the National Administration of Navigation and Ports have invested in the necessary infrastructure, the General Directorate of Customs, a few years ago, has enabled the export of national products in the city of Pilar, consolidating itself as a facilitating mechanism for international trade. The objectives of this research are to learn about the functioning of the different units of the Pilar Customs Office, to investigate the main products exported and their destination, and to identify the social impact caused by export activities in the city of Pilar. This is a case study with a qualitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, non-probabilistic, purposive sampling approach. Data were obtained through documentary review, interviews and questionnaire. The data obtained show that the Customs Office of the city of Pilar has an adequate organization, the main products exported, their destination, and the social importance of this important task
