Propuesta de Supply Chain Management y Logística para la Panadería La Europea S.A.S

La presente investigación se centra en el marco del diplomado de profundización en Supply Chain Management y Logística, en el cual enfoca un análisis y documentación de los procesos de producción, cadena de suministros y área logística de la Panadería La EUROPEA S.A.S, esta investigación pretende documentar los últimos avance tecnológicos, ideas innovadoras de marketing, las falencias de las empresas en la cadena de suministros y el área logística aplicándose en la panadería La EUROPEA S.A.S, para analizar esta problemática se trabajó en analizar y documentar por qué se hace necesario que la empresa configure su red estructural y el enfoque inteligente en los procesos Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) y APICS-SCOR, del cómo afecta la posición de Colombia frente a LPI del Banco Mundial y ante el CONPES 3982.This research focuses on the framework of the deepening diploma in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, which focuses on an analysis and documentation of the production processes, supply chain and logistics area of the Bakery La EUROPEA S.A.S, this research aims to document the latest technological advances, innovative marketing ideas, the shortcomings of companies in the supply chain and the logistics area applied in the bakery La EUROPEA S.A.S, to analyze this problem, we worked to analyze and document why it is necessary for the company to configure your structural network and the intelligent approach in the Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) and APICS-SCOR processes, how it affects the position of Colombia before LPI of the World Bank and before CONPES 3982
