    I KADEK ARDANA, The effect of concept mapping-based instruction upon chemistry learning achievement viewerd from independent attitude (an experiment with the class X student of SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penda). Tesis, Singaraja: Program studi Penelitian dan Evaluasi pendidikan (PEP) program Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (undiksha) singaraja, 2010. This study aimend at finding out the effect of the implementation of instruction upon chemistry learning achievement viewed from student independent attitude. This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida by using experiment method with posttest only control group design. The independent variable in this study consisted of instruction which was spirit into two, i.e., consept mapping-based instruction that was treated of the experiment group and direct instruction to control group. While independent attitude served as a moderator variable which was split into two lwvwls,i.e., high and low independent attitudes. The dependent variable in this study consisted of chemistry learning achievement. The instrument was in the from of attitude inventory that was used to measure level of the student,s independent attitude while chemistry learning achievement test was used to measure the student's chemistry achievement. The sample consisted of 144 class X students that were selected at ramdom by using stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis used two-way ANOVA ang Tukey test. The results showed that (1) for the students with high independent attitude, the chemistry lerning achievement of those who learning through concept mapping-based instruction differed significantly from that of those who learned throuhh direct intructin. The chemistry learning achievement of those who learned through concept mapping-based instruction was higher than hat of those who learned direct instruction. (2) For the students who hadlow independent attitude, the chemistry learning achievement of those who learned through concept mapping-based instruction differed significantly from that of those who learned through direct instruction. The chemistry learning achievement of those who learned through concept mapping-based instruction was lower than that of those who learned trough direct instruction model, (3) There was a significant interaction effect between instruction and student independent attitude upon chemistry learning achievement. The conclusion is thst the instruction and student independent attitude have a significant effect upon chemistry learning achievement, particularly whit class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Nusa Penida

    Setiap unit bisnis menginginkan produktivitas yang tinggi. Produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kepuasan kerja, motivasi serta lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh langsung motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja perajin perak. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Celuk dan Desa Singapadu, Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 orang perajin, dengan metode non probability sampling, khususnya kuota sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas, serta kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas melalui kepuasan kerja

    This study aims to determine the direct effect of placement and compensation to job satisfaction , as well as the direct influence of placement , compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance , then to determine the effect of placement and indirect compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction , as well as to know the total effect of placement and compensation on employee performance . The number of respondents who used amounted to 64 people . Collecting data using the method of observation , questionnaires and interviews . The data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis ( path analysis ) . The results found that , there is a positive and significant influence directly between placement , compensation and job satisfaction directly influence the placement , compensation and job satisfaction on kinerjakaryawan . Furthermore, it was found that indirectly influence the placement and compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction , as well as in total there pengarauh between placement and compensation to employee performance through employee satisfaction

    The purpose of this research is to know the influence of simultaneous and partial of compensation, leadership and the work environment to the employees' job satisfaction in PT Anugrah Merta Sari Sedana Denpasar. Respondents in this study as much as 90 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression with simultaneous regression test (f test) and partial regression test (t test). Based on the analysis of the results obtained that the simultaneous and partial shows compensation, leadership, environmental conditions of work had an significant influence on job satisfaction employees at PT Anugrah Merta Sari Sedana Denpasar. Advice can be lodged is that incentives to based on a level presence and productivity work. Leaders need concerning the aspect of appreciation to work performance and discipline employees so that can be good influence to employees. Having regard to the lighting on the environment in the workplace can also affect job satisfaction at the company

    Employee turnover intention is the desire to quit his job which aims to get another job. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity, job stress on employee turnover intetion in Hotel Asana Agung Putra Bali. This research was conducted at the Hotel Asana Agung Putra Bali, the samples taken were 51 people with saturated sampling method, where the method of saturated samples using the whole population of the respondents in the study. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job insecurity and stress of work simultaneously significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention. Work stress and significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Advice can be given to the hotel management should provide a comfortable work situation and taking into account the responsibilities and authority of employees in the work

    The purpose of this study was to mengethau influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intensity in the front office department in Kuta Paradisso. This research was carried out at the front office department employees Kuta Paradisso sample size taken by 75 employees of the front office department Hotel Kuta Paradisso. The sampling technique that is saturated sampling census technique, where respondents are taken are all employees of the front office department Hotel Kuta Paradisso. Data was collected through questionnaires that using 5-point Likert scale to measure the 26 items statements. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on the intensity of the turnover. Second, that job satisfaction is a significant negative effect on the intensity of the turnover. Third, organizational commitment and significant negative effect on the intensity of the turnover
