Estímulo à adesão terapêutica anti-hipertensiva na Unidade Básica de Saúde Maria Bona Medeiros em União - Piauí

A HAS constitui um sério problema de saúde pública, sendo comprovadamente fator de risco para uma série de agravos à saúde. O seu controle está diretamente relacionado ao grau de adesão do paciente ao regime terapêutico. Portanto, este projeto de intervenção objetiva promover a adesão ao tratamento anti-hipertensivo pelos pacientes em acompanhamento na UBS Maria Bona Medeiros. A educação em saúde é uma estratégia adequada para ensinar o hipertenso sobre sua doença, proporcionando-lhe oportunidades para expor dúvidas, dificuldades e conseguir os recursos para se manter em tratamento. Para o delineamento das ações propostas, o primeiro passo será mobilizar os pacientes hipertensos acompanhados pela UBS e realizar uma reunião com todos os pacientes, familiares e/ou cuidadores para esclarecer o projeto. Serão organizados encontros para desenvolvimento das ações e estratégias facilitadoras da adesão ao tratamento medicamentoso. Espera-se assim, estimular os hipertensos dessa unidade na adesão do tratamento

Proposal of a model for the planning of information systems for use in environments of high organizational turbulence : the case of road transportation of dangerous products

O objetivo deste trabalho consiste na proposição de um modelo para planejamento de sistemas de informação para operação em ambientes de elevada turbulência organizacional, citando-se como objeto de estudo a atividade de transporte rodoviário de produtos perigosos. A metodologia utilizada foi baseada na prospecção de estudos existentes acerca de construção de sistemas de informação, principalmente em ambientes de turbulência, agregando um modelo de gerenciamento de riscos aplicado à atividade de transporte específica. O modelo permite não apenas estruturar os sistemas de informação em ambientes turbulentos alinhados com o planejamento estratégico de órgãos e entidades envolvidos com o tema, como também considera o aspecto temporal dos eventos, as ações de cada ator em seu ambiente e o tipo de intervenção requerido. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe objective of this work consists in proposing a model for planning information systems for operation in environments of high turbulence organization, citing as an object of study the activity of road transport of dangerous goods. The methodology was based on survey of existing studies on construction of information systems, especially in turbulent environments, adding a model of risk management applied to the activity of specific transport. The model structure allows not only information systems in turbulent environments aligned with the strategic planning of the public agency and entities involved with the issue, but also considers the temporal aspect of events, the actions of each actor in their environment and type of intervention required

Gerenciamento estratégico da informação : a convergência a partir da sociedade da informação

Reúne elementos para comprovar que a transformação da informação do dia-a-dia das organizações em elemento estratégico de tomada de decisão é a capacidade que as corporações possuem de monitorar informações ambientais para responder satisfatoriamente aos desafios e oportunidades que se apresentam continuamente. Essa situação é classificada pelos autores de inteligência organizacional, aquela que deve estar amparada em uma gestão proativa dos recursos informacionais que as organizações devem estabelecer nos moldes de um sistema de informação. Conclui, nesse contexto, que o gerenciamento estratégico da informação deve incorporar a idéia central da inteligência organizacional qual seja, monitorar sistematicamente informações ambientais, com a finalidade de apoiar proativamente a escolha da estratégia corporativa e o uso da informação como subsídio ao processo decisório. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis article congregates elements to prove that the transformation of the day-by- day information of the organizations in strategical element of decision taking is the capacity of the corporations possess to monitor ambient information to answer satisfactorily to the challenges and chances that if present continuously. This situation is classified by the authors of organizational intelligence, the one that must be supported in a proactive management of the informationals resources that the organizations must establish in the molds of an information system. It concludes, in this context, that the strategical management of the information must incorporate the central idea of organizational intelligence which is, to monitor ambient information sistematicaly, the purpose to proactively support the choice of the corporative strategy and the use of the information as subsidy to the power to decide process

Entrepreneurial intention of production engineering students in Amazonas/Brazil

This work aims to investigate an entrepreneurial intention of production engineering students in Hard Sciences and Technology Institute (ICET) linked to Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). Regarding the methodology, this research is quantitative, regarding the approach of the problem, exploratory, regarding the objectives of the research, and a case study with regard to the technical procedure adopted. The research sample was formed by courses of production engineering course and contains a participation of 100 students. The research techniques used were: indirect documentation and extensive direct observation through the application of the forms of entrepreneurial intention with the students. In terms of results, the following stand out more than half of the students are not entrepreneurial products; however, almost all of their users are in a position to become entrepreneurs; strong indication for self-employment; search for an innovative idea as the main barrier to entrepreneurship. The study points to a proactive stance with regard to entrepreneurship even considering that as areas of engineering, they concentrate a large part of their professionals as employees in public or private companies. The relevance of the research lies in evidencing the growth of entrepreneurship among the discourses of production engineering so that the university contributes to the formation of professionals who create projects with high added value, promoting technological development and innovation and impacting local development

Apresenta os principais aspectos teóricos e metodológicos da área de planejamento e como ele é integrado às necessidades dos sistemas de informação. No contexto de evolução do planejamento, a pesquisa aponta os modelos referenciais e as variáveis ambientais que exercem pressão no processo de tomada de decisão tendo como ponto central as necessidades dos usuários. Historical landmarks of Information Science : a brief chronology of the pioneers, classic works and key events

Este trabalho apresenta as contribuições que ajudaram a delimitar a ciência da informação, com ênfase no século XX, a fim de mostrar como as orientações da área, no passado, foram determinantes para seu atual entendimento. Os períodos são assim divididos: década de 1890, a partir de 1900, após a II Guerra Mundial e os anos de ouro. Abordam-se tanto a origem do termo como as diversas terminologias adotadas no período analisado, ao longo da exposição, demonstra-se a natureza interdisciplinar dessa ciência.This study presents the contributions that have helped define information science, with emphasis on the twentieth century, so that, from a time perspective, we can check which guidelines of the area in the past were crucial to its understanding today. The periods are divided into: the 1890, as of 1900, after World War II and the golden years. The origin of the term as well as various terminologies adopted in this period are covered. Throughout the exhibition the interdisciplinary nature of this science is demonstrated

Precision rate in the information retrieval process : the use of text mining

Trata da comparação entre a indexação manual e a ferramenta de mineração de textos, por meio da análise do índice de precisão de resposta no processo de busca e recuperação da informação. O estudo de caso escolhido para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi o Centro de Referência e Informação em Habitação (Infohab), cuja base de dados sobre habitação, saneamento e urbanização foi indexada de forma manual por bibliotecários da Caixa Econômica Federal, com base em uma lista de palavras-chave. Houve o desenvolvimento de um protótipo cujos itens bibliográficos correspondem às teses e dissertações contidas no Infohab, o que permitiu a aplicação do software BR/Search para a execução da mineração de textos. As pesquisas no Infohab e no protótipo foram realizadas a partir da demanda de especialistas da Caixa nos assuntos contidos na base. Conclui que não há ganhos significativos na precisão ao se aplicar a ferramenta de mineração de textos em relação à indexação manual.This research deals with the comparison between manual indexing and the text mining tool, using the analysis of reply precision rate in the information retrieval process. The case study selected for this research was the Centro de Referência e Informação em Habitação – Infohab. The center which contains the database on habitation, sanitation and urbanization was manually indexed by the librarians of Caixa Econômica Federal, using a list of key words. A prototype was developed, containing bibliographic references that corresponded to the theses and dissertations of Infohab, which allowed the application of BR/Search software of text mining. The researches performed on the prototype and in Infohab were demanded by specialists of Caixa in database subjects. The research gave evidenced that there are no significant profits in the precision rate with the applications of text mining tool in relation to the manual indexing
