    ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE PENGGUNA FITUR KASKUS PLUS PADA KASKUS MENGGUNAKAN METODE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX DAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

    Perkembangan teknologi berjalan seiring dengan perkembangan kebutuhan manusia yang beragam. Media sosial, salah satu teknologi ataupun aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menjaga jaringan sosial juga berkembang. Kaskus sebagai salah satu website media sosial di Indonesia memberikan fitur tambahan berbayar Kaskus Plus untuk menarik penggunanya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana user experience dalam menggunakan fitur tambahan Kaskus Plus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengukuran index tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dan importance performance analysis. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitur Kaskus Plus dengan menggunakan teknik judgmental sampling kepada sebanyak 385 responden. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data berupa tingkat indeks kepuasan konsumen atas layanan fitur Kaskus Plus yang diberikan Kaskus dengan rata-rata sebesar 80.42%. Indeks tingkat kepuasan 80.42% mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat kepuasan berada pada tingkat puas sedangkan pada importance performance analysis, terdapat satu atribut yang harus ditingkatkan prioritasnya. Atribut yang membutuhkan peningkatan prioritas adalah gangguan saat menggunakan seluruh fitur KASKUS PLUS. Kata kunci: Importance Performance Analysis, kepuasan pelanggan, user experience
