THE ROLE OF THE BRAND IN BRINGING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES
No product, service or company can keep, in our days, competitive advantages on long terms. Technology, globalisation and the access at information make like every product or service can be retorted in a very short time. The only real good that a company owns is that good from the consumer’s mind. The only real good is the brand. The brand can also be named the marketing’s heart. Marketers say that using the brand is the art and the key of marketing.brand, competitive advantage, loyalty, brand`s capital
The Contribution of Psychotherapeutic Means in Developing of Adaptive Behaviours to Youth Sportsmen
AbstractThis study tries to highlight the contribution of the means psychotherapeutic in providing “guided recovery”, the sport‘s trophotrope component of training and establishes the most effective relaxation techniques that can provide increased athletic performance by accelerating the effort‘s homeostasis restoration to the pre-effort level and even at a higher level by achieving “overcompensation”. Longitudinal experimental research is applied to a group of 20 junior athletes, aged 12-15 years, and monitors the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic means represented by autosuggestion and breathing exercises (during effort) and Jacobson relaxation type, elements of Hath a Yoga, mental training and ideation techniques, autogenously Shultz relaxation (after effort) by evaluating the functional parameters (basal pulse, blood pressure before and after effort, Dorgo index recovery) in two stages before training and at the end of it. The experiment took place for nine months and showed significantly reduced results when it comes to basal heart rate (mean 4 beats/min) and systolic blood pressure (mean 0,8mmHg) in favor of the experimental group. Furthermore, the same athletes had an average value of Dorgo index recovery higher than athletes who have not been tried any psychotherapeutic techniques. The evaluation of psychic level shows that the relaxation techniques raise the recovery potential of young sportsmen. In sports recoveries, the relaxation techniques are become prophylactic procedures that serve the purpose of neuro-vegetative homeostasis normalization and accelerating psychological relaxation after effort
Traces of Radioactive I-131 in Rain Water and Milk Samples in Romania
Measurements of I-131 (T1/2 = 8.04 days) have been performed in IFIN-HH's
underground laboratory situated in Unirea salt mine from Slanic-Prahova,
Romania. The rain water samples were collected in March 27th in Brasov and in
March 27th, 29th and April 2nd in Slanic. Also sheep milk was collected in
Slanic area and subsequently measured. The samples were measured in the
IFIN-HH's underground laboratory in ultra-low radiation background, using a
high resolution gamma-ray spectrometer equipped with a GeHP detector having a
FWHM = 1.80 keV at 1332.48 keV at the second Co-60 gamma-ray, and a relative
efficiency of 22.8%. The results show a specific activity of I-131 from 0.17 to
0.87 Bq/dm^3. In the sheep milk from Slanic area the specific activity of I-131
was about 6 Bq/dm^
Resistive relaxation in field-induced insulator-metal transition of a (LaPr)SrMnO bilayer manganite single crystal
We have investigated the resistive relaxation of a
(LaPr)SrMnO single crystal, in
order to examine the slow dynamics of the field-induced insulator to metal
transition of bilayered manganites. The temporal profiles observed in remanent
resistance follow a stretched exponential function accompanied by a slow
relaxation similar to that obtained in magnetization and magnetostriction data.
We demonstrate that the remanent relaxation in magnetotransport has a close
relationship with magnetic relaxation that can be understood in the framework
of an effective medium approximation by assuming that the first order parameter
is proportional to the second order one.Comment: 6 pages,5 figure
Stretched exponential behavior in remanent lattice striction of a (La,Pr)SrMnO bilayer manganite single crystal
We have investigated the time dependence of remanent magnetostriction in a
(La,Pr)SrMnO single crystal, in order to examine
the slow dynamics of lattice distortion in bilayered manganites. A competition
between double exchange and Jahn-Teller type orbital-lattice interactions
results in the observed lattice profile following a stretched exponential
function. This finding suggests that spatial growth of the local lattice
distortions coupled with e-electron orbital strongly correlates with the
appearance of the field-induced CMR effect.Comment: 3 figure
