Analytic approximations for the broadening of the spectral lines of hydrogen-like ions

Broadband approximate expressions for calculating the broadening of the spectral lines of hydrogenlike ions in a multicomponent plasma are derived taking into account both the influence of the interaction between plasma particles on the distribution function of the plasma microfield and the effect of the microfield dynamics on the broadening of the central component of the spectral line. With the approximate expressions proposed, the calculation of the shape of a given spectral line of a certain ion in a plasma with a given ion composition requires only a few seconds of computer time. The approximate expressions provide a good computational accuracy not only for the central component of the spectral line but also for the spectral line wings

A Descriptive Analysis of the Website Video Representation of Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University

The presence of the website at the University is an indispensable condition of its existence in the era of information technology development. Website plays an important role in drawing the attention of the audience to the University, provides it with a certain reputation and attractiveness, demonstrates its professional, innovative and creative potential. This study exposes a critical analysis of the section "Video", posted on the official website of Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (Russia).The main purpose of this study is to understand how the University uses the section "Video" to represent itself on its institutional website. To achieve the set goals, the author applies the method of textual and visual analysis of the web-resourcematerials. Textual analysis has allowed examining the content of web pages. Visual analysis was concentrated on the study of the quality of journalistic work, in particular, the ways of presenting news. The article presents the strengths and weaknesses in the work of web pages from the position of its structural elements, textual and visual information, and navigation. The analysis showed the section, "Video of PyatigorskState Linguistic University" does not provide the ability to comment on stories, assess them; there is no guestbook, feedback, contact information

Инновационные Эколого-Экономические Аспекты Концептуальной Трансформации Отчуждения В Генезисе Цивилизации

The article deals with the anthropological problem of alienation in the historical epochs as an attributive property of the civilization construction in its genesis on the basis of historical, philosophical, economic, sociological and ecological material. Alienation is considered as a universal, constantly renewable category and its environmental and economic aspects are highlighted. The authors analyze the relationship of the phenomenal manifestations of alienation with social, economic, spiritual and environmental forms of objectification of the world crisis.The multidimensional category of “Sustainable Development” adopted by the UN as a paradigm strategy and including the unity of economic, socio-spiritual and environmental segments of the genesis of civilization is investigated as an essential model of overcoming the deepening alienation. Being nominated as an absolute priority the sustainable development strives for the protection of the environment and contributes to its preservation and the future civilizational and, if possible, crisis-free promotion. In search of the ways to overcome the biosphere alienation (the ecological aspect of the objectification of alienation), the authors bring forward the idea of forming a constantly updated innovative platform of the ecological culture represented by the integrated theoretical efforts of anthropologists, specialists in the field of applied mathematics, urbanists, economists developing the technologies of responsible consumption in the interconnected scientific space of human ecology as well as environmental practitioners accumulating environmental quests, trainings, flash mobs, active participants of green movements, volunteers from among citizens of different age and social status.El artículo aborda el problema antropológico de la alienación en las épocas históricas como una propiedad atributiva de la construcción de la civilización en su génesis sobre la base de material histórico, filosófico, económico, sociológico y ecológico. La alienación se considera como una categoría universal, constantemente renovable y se destacan sus aspectos ambientales y económicos. Los autores analizan la relación de las manifestaciones fenomenales de alienación con las formas sociales, económicas, espirituales y ambientales de objetivación de la crisis mundial.La categoría multidimensional del "Desarrollo Sostenible" adoptada por la ONU como estrategia paradigmática e incluyendo la unidad de los segmentos económico, socio-espiritual y ambiental de la génesis de la civilización se investiga como un modelo esencial para superar la alienación cada vez más profunda. Siendo nominado como una prioridad absoluta, el desarrollo sostenible se esfuerza por proteger el medio ambiente y contribuye a su preservación y al futuro de la civilización y, si es posible, a la promoción sin crisis. En busca de las formas de superar la alienación de la biosfera (el aspecto ecológico de la objetivación de la alienación), los autores plantean la idea de formar una plataforma innovadora constantemente actualizada de la cultura ecológica representada por los esfuerzos teóricos integrados de antropólogos, especialistas en campo de las matemáticas aplicadas, urbanistas, economistas que desarrollan tecnologías de consumo responsable en el espacio científico interconectado de la ecología humana, así como profesionales del medio ambiente que acumulan búsquedas ambientales, capacitaciones, flash mobs, participantes activos de movimientos verdes, voluntarios de entre ciudadanos de diferentes edades y estatus social.В статье на историко-философском, экономическом, социологическом и экологическом материале рассмотрена постановка антропологической проблемы отчуждения в исторические эпохи как атрибутивного свойства цивилизационного построения в его генезисе. Отчуждение рассматривается как всеобщая, постоянно обновляемая категория, выделяются его экологические и экономические аспекты. Авторы анализируют связь феноменальных проявлений отчуждения с социальными, экономическими, духовными и экологическими формами объективации мирового кризиса. В качестве сущностной модели преодоления углубления отчуждения исследуется многоаспектная категория «устойчивое развитие», принятая ООН как парадигмальная стратегия, включающая единство экономического, социально-духовного и экологического сегментов генезиса цивилизации, но, при выдвижении в качестве безусловного приоритета - защиты и охраны окружающей среды, сохранения ее в дальнейшем цивилизационном, по возможности, бескризисном продвижении. The Russian Specificity of Developing Process of the Disbalance in Structure of the Individual Human Capital

At present in the international scientific community one speaks more persistently about necessity of social investments developing which are associated with accumulation of the human capital. Reproduction of the human capital becomes a part of “present – future” problematic with key problems of public necessity and balance of investments into the physical, social and individual human capita. Transformational imperatives, coming out in concrete historical conditions, every time impose certain specificity on social and economic relations which comes out not only in country dynamics of processes but also in the alternative and unstable character of transformation, its nonlinearity, and also in specific "transitive" forms of public relations. Especially actual for the Russian economy at the moment is the analysis of adequacy extent of these transformations to problems of development of the Russian society. In this article the authors concentrated their attention on studying of the imperative of reproduction of the individual human capital and revealing the reasons of the disbalance in the structure of the human capital in the Russian economy. Authors come to the conclusion that the origin of the disbalance between structural elements of the human capital in Russia is connected with a phase of use of manpower. The carried out research showed that the Russian economic system defined with the “bureaucratic capitalism” definition, demonstrates inability to effective reproduction of the human capital in its unity of individual, corporate and national levels owing to objective directivity of processes control mechanisms to the solution of formal but not substantial problems. In the article it is considered the Nerve Impulse Saltatore Conduction model in which the Impulse Neuron model modification is used for describing Ranvier Interruptions dynamics. The model contains ordinary differential equations and delay differential equations. The system is investigated by the asymptotic step-by-step integration method. All results were obtained analytically.В работе рассматривается модель сальтаторного проведения возбуждения, в которой для описания динамики перехватов Ранвье используется модификация импульсного нейрона. Модель содержит обыкновенные дифференциальные уравнения и дифференциальные уравнения с запаздыванием. Система уравнений исследуется методом пошагового асимптотического интегрирования. Все результаты получены аналитически

This article provides a description of the attributes of leadership behavior. Due to a great amount of numerous leadership studies, there exists a problem, namely, which personality traits should be considered of vital importance for a leader. A number of leadership qualities that exists at the moment is either too large, or the qualities, that are desirable for a leader, are too heterogeneous, and sometimes even contradicting. For this reason, there is confusion on what a leader needs in order to be effective. The author of the article proposes to think of attributes of leadership, and to dwell on psychological characteristics that should be considered as factors of these attributes. In the given article, the attributes of leadership behavior are described, namely the qualities that are crucial for a leader if he or she wants to organize effective activities and achieve high results.</jats:p
