    KEEFEKTIFAN PENGGUNAAN TEKNIK DERET KATA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS KREATIF PUISI

    The attitude of students' disinterest and the inaccuracy of the teacher in choosing techniques or learning methods for learning to write poetry, it is necessary to research effective learning techniques for learning to write poetry. This study also aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of word series techniques in improving the ability to write creative poetry. The results showed a significant difference in the posttest scores of creative writing poetry of the control group and experimental group students. In the control group there were 6 students who got low scores, 29 students got medium scores, and 2 students got high scores. In the experimental group there were 2 students who got low scores, 18 students got medium scores, and 15 students got high scores. This shows that there are significant differences in the ability to write creative poetry between the control group and the experimental group. The t-test results of the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group produced a tcount of 2007 with a df of 35 and a table of 0.13 at a significance level of 5%. This shows that the effective word series technique is used in learning to write poetry because the value of t-count <-table (-2.007 <- 0.13)

    The target of the implementation of this service activity is the teachers at SD Negeri 1 Garuntang. The ability of teachers to analyze students and the context in learning. The skills and abilities of students who are often heterogeneous will make the teacher a little confused to describe the teaching strategy. The solution offered is to provide training to teachers in analyzing students and the context in learning. From the evaluation results obtained significant benefits, namely the process of knowing the behavior mastered by students before attending the lesson. Analyze students, the compiler of learning design must also pay attention to the context around it.     Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berkenaan dengan kemampuan menulis teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Persada Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Aspek yang dianalisis meliputi (1) struktur teks negosiasi, (2) penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, dan (3) menerapkan kaidah ejaan secara tepat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes unjuk kerja. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks negosiasi berjenis surat penawaran dinilai belum maksimal baik dalam segi struktur, bahasa, dan ejaan.     The novel Inna Ma'al Ausri Yusra is one of the novels that will be discussed more deeply related to the value of faith. The values of faith that will be studied are related to divine values, prophecy, ruhiyat, and samiyat. The method of this research is library research using descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis of the divine aspect, the author describes Fatimah's faith and piety who has experienced trials and tests. From the aspect of prophecy, the author describes it implicitly and explicitly in the story, about Fatima's determination to achieve high faith even though trials and suffering always befall her, she is guided by the story of the Prophet Muhammad. From the rihiyyat aspect, there is a belief in this value. Azwar is wrong. He believes in spirits. He uses his knowledge to manipulate his patients to comply with their wishes. From the sam'iyat aspect, it is illustrated in the story through the Koran, there are five letters consisting of five hadiths that support the arguments of the Koran so that the story has a strong legal basis

    Representasi Feminisme dalam Film 3 Srikandi

    The purpose of this research is to find out how feminism is in the film 3 Srikandi. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis of feminism visualization in this study is seen from the character of the characters through the identification of the character's functions and typology of characters which then uses the postmodern feminism theory approach as an analytical knife. The results of this study indicate that postmodern feminism in the film 3 Srikandi is visualized through the characters of the three main characters who are female archery athletes and have different characters. These characters can be grouped using typological analysis of characters through their physical and psychological aspects. The three main characters in 3 Srikandi are women who reflect postmodern feminism in several scenes that appear in several film sequences. This is proof that the film has great power in making the audience's perception of the characters in it

    This study aims to determine the improvement of drama script writing skills using short stories media for class IX.4 students of SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 academic year. The problem that occurs in this study is the low ability of students in writing drama scripts. This is caused by the lack of student interest in participating in learning and the lack of teacher creativity when using learning media that is easy and fun, so that students have difficulty participating in learning to write drama scripts. The data collection method used is the observation method, the test method (in the form of an assignment to write a play script), and the documentation method. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Based on the results of the learning process, the use of short stories media can improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes of writing drama scripts for class IX.4 students of SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 academic year

    The Correlation of Vocabulary Mastery and Reading Interest with Quick Reading Ability

    This study describes the relationship between reading interest and vocabulary mastery with the speed reading ability of eighth-grade students of SMPN 3 Sungkai, North Lampung. The researchers use the correlational method to achieve the research objectives. The techniques used in collecting research data are questionnaires, tests, and observations. Research data analysis techniques include requirements analysis tests, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between reading interest and speed reading ability, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.766 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.587 or 58.7%, (2) there is a relationship positive and significant correlation between vocabulary mastery and speed reading ability which is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.662 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.438 or 43.8%, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between reading interest and vocabulary mastery with ability speed reading indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.804 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.646 or 64.6%

    The Correlation between Diction Mastery and Carefulness with Students' Writing Ability

    This study aims to determine the correlation between diction and punctuation mastery with the student's writing ability. The method used in this study is the correlational method, which is to find out and describe the relationship between diction mastery and persuasive writing ability, the relationship between punctuation mastery and persuasive writing ability, and the relationship between diction and punctuation mastery and students' writing ability. The results of this study are 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between mastery of diction and t students' writing ability with the correlation coefficient = 0.483, while the contribution given by the variable mastery of diction to students' writing ability is 23,329% and the remaining 76,671% is determined by other factors/variables; 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the mastery of punctuation and the students' writing ability with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.829, while the contribution given by the variable mastery of punctuation to students' writing ability is 68.724%, then the remaining 31.276% is determined by other factors/variables; 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between mastery of diction and punctuation with students' writing ability with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.848, while the contribution given is 71.91%, then the remaining 28.09% is determined by other variables/factors. These results show that the variable mastery of diction and punctuation has strongly influenced the students' writing ability
