Pengaruh Tekanan Eksternal, Komitmen Manajemen, Ketidakpastian Lingkungan, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Dan Aksesibilitas Laporan Keuangan Terhadap Penerapan Transparansi Pelaporan Keuangan (Survei Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Pelalawan)

This research aims to test the influence of external pressures, environmental uncertainty, management commitment, leadership style, and accessibility of the financial statements for the application of the transparency of financial reporting. The location of this research is a unit of Work of regional Government of Pelalawan Device. The technique of collecting samples in this research is done by using a purposive sampling method with the total sample as much as 64 respondents. Types and sources of data are the primary and secondary data. Methods of data analysis done with test of normality, validity, reliability, multikolinieritas, heteroscedastisity, autocorrelation. This research hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Test tools top of hypothesis test is a test t, F and the coefficients of determination (R2). The tools used were SPSS statistics version 20.00. The results showed that variable of external pressure (1,7%), management commitment (2,5%), environmental uncertainly (20,2%), leadership style (1%), accessibility the financial statements (9%)

Pengaruh Keterampilan Metakognisi Terhadap Kemampuan Bertanya Dan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP

The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of metacognition skill towards ability to promote questions and critical thinking skill of junior high school students and the improvement of critical thinking skill. One shot case study design and one group pretest-posttest design have been conducted in the research to obtain the data. By using SPSS 17.0 Program showed that the data distributed normally and linearity. The hypotheses testing used correlation test, simple regression linear, and paired sample t-test. The result of this research showed that: 1) there was a positively and significant influence towards ability to promote questions amounted to 31% and the regressive equation 𑌠= 37,04 +0,53 ð‘‹; 2) there was a positive and significant influence towards critical thinking skill amounted to 24% and the regressive equation 𑌠= 28,40 +0,54 ð‘‹; 3) There is an significantly average improvement in junior high school student’s critical thinking skill caused by the influence of metacognition skill amounted to 22,00 with N-gain average critical thinking skill amounted to 0,70 in high category

This research aims to analyze and explain factors that influencing employee engagement owned by Generation Y or called Gen Y. Factors in this research included organization culture, reward, and personal resources. The kind of research used in this research is an explanation or explanotory research with a quantitative approach. The variable in this research are organization culture, reward, and personal resources as independent variables and employee engagement as the dependent variable. This research uses questionnaire as primer data. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed;1) Simultaneously, there are a positive and significant effect between organization culture rewards, and personal resources to employee engagement (Y); 2) Partially, organization culture, rewards , and Personal resources were positively and significantly influential to employee engagement shown by Gen Y
