    Development of Clonal Micropropagation Technology for Ludisia Discolor (Ker Gawl.) A. Rich. In Vitro Conditions

    The features of clonal micropropagation in three variations of Ludisia discolor were studied. Brood buds, apical shoot meristems, immature seeds and mature seeds were used as explants. They are grown using Murashige & Skoog modified medium. A special technique has been developed for the sterilization and planting of microscopic mature seeds. Mature seeds germinated for 60-70 days. Seeds from 25-day-old capsules showed the best results among immature seeds. They gave mass shoots already on the 25-30 day after planting. The roller of the future first leaf of the protocorms was laid in the dark 2 months after germination. Switching to the light mode induced rapid gemmorizogenesis - the formation of the first green leaves, stem and adventitious roots. Seeds from 15-day-old capsules did not germinate at all. Planting with immature seeds is the most effective method of clonal reproduction of L. discolor in vitro

The ways of overcoming the problems.Проанализированы особенности построения подготовительного процесса туристов-водников на этапе предварительной базовой подготовки, средства, применяемые в тренировочном процессе. Изучена научно-методическую литература по вопросам методики подготовки туристов-водников. Проведено анкетирование тренеров и руководителей кружков спортивного водного туризма по проблеме построения подготовительного процесса спортсменов. Раскрыты особенности подготовки туристов-водников на этапе предварительной базовой подготовки. Установлено, что на сегодняшний день не существует универсальной методики развития физических качеств спортсменов, занимающихся водным туризмом. Установлены пути преодоления существующих проблем.Проаналізовано особливості побудови підготовчого процесу туристів-водників на етапі попередньої базової підготовки, засоби, які застосовуються в тренувальному процесі. Вивчено науково-методичну літературу з питань методики підготовки туристів-водників. Проведено анкетування тренерів та керівників гуртків зі спортивного водного туризму, стосовно побудови підготовчого процесу спортсменів. Розкрито особливості підготовки туристів-водників на етапі попередньої базової підготовки. Встановлено, що на сьогоднішній день не існує універсальної методики розвитку фізичних якостей спортсменів, які займаються водним туризмом. Встановлено шляхи подолання наявних проблем.

    International audienceThe article considers methodological tools for developing and adopting strategic management decisions at oil and gas companies. For this purpose, the authors set and successively solved the following tasks: the most significant features of management decisions were classified regarding the operation of large vertically integrated oil companies (VIOC); the study presents a model of the full cycle of strategic management at industrial enterprises; the authors propose an original algorithm for the development of strategic decisions at VIOC and review the existing general theoretical tools used for selecting strategic alternatives regarding their applicability at various levels of the company's management hierarchy; a mechanism for devising and taking strategic decisions has been developed on the example of the oil production department; the authors determined the significance of strategic managerial decisions that are currently transforming from traditionally functional into the corporate ones. The revealed positive dynamics in the costs of research and development (R&D), the increase in the number of applications for patents, and the findings of a survey conducted among top management of oil and gas companies have proven the importance of innovation and taking accurate managerial decisions on its implementation. In addition to this, the paper provides evidence that all oil and gas companies are currently using modeling as a key tool when making managerial decisions
