    Abstrack:This research is descriptive research, which aims to determine the physical condition (bleep test) football athlete pelatcab city of Pekanbaru. Problems that occur in the athlete both in matches and training him among them are the lack of fighting spirit and athletes both in training and matches it caused a lot of athletes who mangalami fatigue or tiredness that is not playing, not optimal technique is done in because of fatigue which naturally like, passing unfocused, shhoting are weak, lost the ball when dribbling, ball control that is less than the maximum, it is presumably because the element is not optimal endurance athletes.     Analisis Fitokimia dan Gc-ms Daun Ungu Kucing (Eupatorium Odoratum L. F.) sebagai Bahan Obat Aktif

    Sebagai salah satu gulma yang cukup luas penyebarannya di ekosistem hutan Dipterokarpa, Ungu Kucing (Eupatorium odoratum) ternyata mempunyai manfaat sebagai obat herbal yang mampu mengatasi penyakit rematik dan asam urat. Secara etnobotani, pembuktian oleh masyarakat sekitar hutan dusun Nyapa Indah telah banyak dijumpai. Oleh karena itu, studi ini menyediakan data uji laboratoris tentang kandungan kimia Daun Ungu Kucing sebagai anti rematik dan asam urat, serta senyawa kimia turunannya yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif bahan obat herbal aktif lainnya. Dalam rangka memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemanfaatan Daun Ungu Kucing sebagai bahan obat aktif, maka ekstrak Daun Ungu Kucing akan diuji fitokimia dan GC-MS sebagai analisa lanjutannya. Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa E. odoratum mengandung alkaloid, triterpenoid, tannin dan steroid. Alkoloid telah dipergunakan luas sebagi bahan obat terapi rematik dan penyembuhan asam urat. Hasil GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa selain sebagai obat rematik dan asam urat, senyawa carbamic acid ethyl ester memiliki bioaktifitas antimikroba dan antijamur. Sedangkan senyawa 2,6-Dichloro-4-nitrophenol dipercaya untuk membantu fungsi hati (antihepatitis)

    Urokep leaf or Chinese Ketepeng (Senna alata) is one of the most commonly found medicinal plants and can be used as raw material for herbal tea bags. An essential process in making herbal tea on a household scale is the chopping of dried leaves into a powder that is ready to be put into teabags and pressing the teabags. The leaf shredder process can use a chopper and a blender, while the teabag pressing process uses an impulse sealer. This study aims to compare the energy needed by choppers and blenders in making urokep leaf teabag powder, as well as the use of impulse sealers with element lengths of 20 cm and 30 cm. The research was divided into two stages, i.e. chopping the dried leaves into the powder stage and pressing the teabags stage. The chopping dry leaf into the powder stage was counted by calculating the time for the chopper and blender to powder 1 kg of dry leaves. The pressing of the teabags was carried out by calculating the pressing time of 1000 teabags using an impulse sealer with 20 cm and 30 cm element length. The amount of electrical energy is used by multiplying the electric power by the time of each tool.The results showed that the electrical energy used by the chopper to shredder 1 kg of dry Urokep leaves was 0.10833 KwH, while the blender required more energy, which was 0.27833 KwH. The electrical energy to press 1000 teabags used by the impulse sealer 20 cm is lower at 0.310 KwH than the impulse sealer 30 cm 0.633 KwH. The combination of a chopper and impulse sealer 20 cm is highly recommended for household-scale industries

    Profil Fitokimia dan Gc-ms Resin Dryobalanops Keithii

    Dryobalanops keithii sebagai salah satu jenis dipterokarpa yang ditemukan di Kalimantan Timur, secara tradisional berfungsi sebagai obat luka dalam. Namun resin Dryobalanops keithii hingga saat ini belum diketahui kandungan kimianya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan resin Dryobalanops keithii menggunakan analisa fitokimia dan GC-MS. Uji fitokimia yang dilakukan antara lain uji alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tannin, terpenoid dan steroid. Uji GC-MS menggunakan Shimadzu QP 2010, tipe kolom RTx-5MS. Hasil uji fitokimia dari resin kapur D.keithii yang larut dalam etanol 96% mengandung alkaloid dan terpenoid. Hasil uji GC-MS mendeteksi 29 senyawa kimia Senyawa 2-[4-Cyclohexylbutanoylamino]-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (C20H22ClNO3) sebanyak 0,99% tergolong alkaloid. α-Pinene, β-pinene, humulene dan γ-gurjunene merupakan contoh senyawa terpenoid

    Chemical and Organoleptic Properties of Bekai (Pycnarrhena Tumefacta Miers) Leaves for Flavouring Agent (Bio-vetsin)

    The "tasty" cuisine tends to use chemical flavour agent containing monosodium glutamate (M.S.G.). M.S.G. utilizations, in long-term, may cause health problems, especially triggering cancer cells. Therefore necessary to introducing and increasing a natural flavouring agent to eliminate those health problem, such as bekai leaf. Bekai (Pycnarrhena tumefacta Miers) is familiar as a natural flavour agent (bio-vetsin) in cuisine for forest communities in Nyapa Indah Village, Berau, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. However, until now there has been no proper analysis support for widespread utilization of bekai leaf. This paper studies the presence of phytochemicals, antioxidant and GC MS analysis from bekai leaf extracts, as well as five hedonic classifications of organoleptic test, to reinforce the need for a better understanding of consumers reaction in terms of possible acceptance of additional bekai leaves applied in soup as bio-vetsin. Present study showed that the qualitative screening of phytochemical compounds in bekai leaves ethanolic extracts revealed presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and steroids. Antioxidants of bekai leaves using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazy (DPPH) method showed that concentrated extract has 80.1%, which predicted can improve immune for inhibitory action of cancer cells. GC MS analysis suspected that bekai leaf extract contained 5 (five) major compounds, i.e. oxirane dodecyl, gamma sitosterol, vitamin E (α tokoferol), 9.12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)- (natural linoleic acid), and 3-Tetradecanynoic acid (myristic acid). These chemical compound in related with their phytochemical were predicted to contained strong antioxidant activities and some of them commonly used as flavour agent in cuisine for some food industries. Meanwhile, results of organoleptic tests presence in three soup variant have been provided that soup with additional Bekai leaves has best acceptance in the children's perception due to it has an unique smell, tasty and no colour changing compared with M.S.G. added and control. Thus bekai leaf can be used as an innovation for healthy food and new market opportunities for M.S.G. substitutes
