(d-e) From the CD4+ and CD8+ T cell population, 4 distinct groups were identified based on CCR7 and CD45RA surface expression. (f-i) These populations were further defined by CCR7, CD45RA and CD27 to identify N (CD27+), CM (CD27+), EM (CD27-), TM (CD27+), and TD populations (CD27-).
