Study Regarding the Increasing of Human Resource Quality in Academic Activity
The life of any organization is not only manifested through its activities, but also by subjective states that its members live and shape its human dimension. Discrete phase-space approach to mutually orthogonal Latin squares
We show there is a natural connection between Latin squares and commutative
sets of monomials defining geometric structures in finite phase-space of prime
power dimensions. A complete set of such monomials defines a mutually unbiased
basis (MUB) and may be associated with a complete set of mutually orthogonal
Latin squares (MOLS). We translate some possible operations on the monomial
sets into isomorphisms of Latin squares, and find a general form of
permutations that map between Latin squares corresponding to unitarily
equivalent mutually unbiased sets. We extend this result to a conjecture: MOLS
associated to unitarily equivalent MUBs will always be isomorphic, and MOLS
associated to unitarily inequivalent MUBs will be non-isomorphic

especially religious education, is to prepare students to live purposeful and meaningful lives
with well-developed analytic, emotional and spiritual abilities to assist them in achieving a
life perspective that allows them to face the larger world with greater self-confidence and
self-awareness. Therefore, the main objectives of the study are: to bring forward the concepts
of religious education, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence; to discuss the
importance of emotional and spiritual literacy in children’s education; and to discuss the main
strategies to enhance the educational process through emotional and spiritual intelligence.
This article is a conceptual framework based on a theoretical review. The author reviews
literature from books, scientific journals and research reports to develop relevant concepts.
CONTRIBUTION : This study provides information about two important intelligence in
Christian Orthodox religious education. Recognising emotional and spiritual intelligence
has allowed teachers to engage with students and help them perform at their best.
Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence promote self-efficacy, self-awareness, selfregulation,
motivation, empathy and social skills, which help students perform management
tasks in their future occupations but also help them to improve relationships with parents,

The element of education has here a very important role not only regarding the aspect of quality of the act but in integrating the need of quality in the national culture. The individual’s conception has to assimilate the conviction that the welfare can not exist without a responsible and quality labor. Starting form this mission, it becomes obvious that the entire university’s activity should be oriented towards the institution’s competitiveness growth both at a national level and at the international level through: the quality of the offer and the result of the activity, a good management, a financial politic adequate to the rational use of the resources and of drawing new resources, to strengthen the international dimension, to encourage the staff’s responsible behavior
