    Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is one of the most widely used strains of probiotic microorganisms. The review presents information about the effectiveness of using L. rhamnosus GG in various gastroenterological conditions (treatment of acute gastroenteritis, prevention of nosocomial and antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, adjuvant therapy for H. pylori-associated diseases, etc.). Special attention is paid to of the safety of using L. rhamnosus GG in clinical practice and approaches to dosingin RF and other countries and regulatory aspects of probiotics usage. © 2018 Dynasty Publishing House.     EXPERIENCE OF USE OF PNEUMOCOCCAL CONJUGATED 7-VALENT VACCINE IN SOME REGIONS OF RUSSIA

    An experience of immunization with pneumococcal conjugated 7-valent vaccine Prevenar in 234 children under 5 years old with different state of health was analyzed. There were no any severe reactions, postvaccinal complications or local reactions to the vaccine injection. Mild and moderate postvaccinal reactions were detected in 3,4% (n = 8) of children.
