    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Departemen Production di PT Cladtek Bi-metal Manufacturing Batam

      Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees.     This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix which consists of product variables, prices, promotions, places, people, and the process of purchasing decisions on products Kara Santan PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk simultaneously or partially. Population in this research is customer of PT. Enseval Megatrading Putera Tbk Batam Branch who had a history of purchases Kara Santan period in 2016. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. Hypothesis testing using T test and F test value of α = 5%. The results showed that in partial product, price, promotion, people, and processes of positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, althought place have no effect and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and simultaneously all the variable positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions PT.     Research on customer satisfaction analysis on service quality at PT Ramajaya Copier is to analyze and determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT Ramajaya Copier. This research was conducted to 93 PT Ramajaya Copier customers in Batam City using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Using the method of analysis of important performance analysis (IPA) of this study resulted in 4 (four) indicators of service satisfaction statements included in quadrant I, namely improving performance to be improved to meet customer expectations. The four indicators of the statement are: employees are polite and friendly to customers (2.61), customer convenience when coming to PT Ramajaya (2.69), the company serves regardless of customer background (2.61), the company tolerates delays payment to customers (2.61)

    Pengaruh Penerapan Work From Home (Wfh) Dan Study From Home (Sfh) Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Mengajar Mata Kuliah Teori

    The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation and measure the level of teaching and learning activities during the implementation of WFH and SFH. The case studied is theory courses at Politeknik Negeri Batam. The implementation of work from home (WFH) and study from home (SFH) is a learning method that is carried out when there is an urgent situation, namely the outbreak of Covid-19 virus in the world. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a percentage. The data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, and analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the observations stated from 15 lecturers shows that 99.77% of lecturers carried out indirect online learning and 0.333% of them carried out direct online learning. The sample of this study is 120 students who were taken randomly from all of Politeknik Negeri Batam students taking general education as the population. The results of the hypothesis testing using SPSS stated that there is a positive effect of the implementation of WFH and SFH on teaching and learning activities by 43.9% and the t test results in a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 from the real level. The results of the tcount (9,610) > t table (1.986) so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that there is a positive effect of the application of WFH and SFH on teaching and learning activities with the indicators of teaching and learning activities for the WFH and SFH method being Achievement, Critical thinking, Communication Interaction, Teaching Role, and Evaluation system
