The first-person narrative novels, Mes parents by Hervé Guibert and Biographie I, II by Yves Navarre, are part of the characters’ crisis writing where the reason of evil is always the father’s presence. Without hiding behind fictitious names, both writers reveal personal stories centered on the inevitable conflict between father and son. The family theme brings them together while their behavior makes them different. The first part of our study, “The Rejected Father,” focuses on Hervé Guibert’s violent language and attitude towards his father he will never accept. PROFESSIONAL DENTAL CLEANING EFFECT ON VENEERS AND NATURAL TEETH AFTER PROPOLISETHANOLIC EXTRACT TREATMENT

In our daysdental bleaching is required in dental practices but it has to be proceeded by a professional dental cleaning. A successful procedure can be made using Prophy-pearls granulesthat are particularly gentle on the teeth and provide optimum cleaning due to their round surfaces. The aim of this paper is to study the influence of Prophy-pearls granules on dental enamel, composite veneers and acrylic teeth after therapeutic administration of propolisethanolic extract. The study focuses on the aesthetic parameters such as colour, brightness, translucence. All thesamples were immerged in propolis extract for 5 days after a professional cleaning. Every day image captures were made to all the existing samples. The CIE L*a*b* colour space was used to chromatically characterize the samples. In order to compare the samples, direct chromatic comparison was done by colour difference calculation (ΔE). The initial samples and professional cleaned samples has no significant chromatic differences, but they differ significantly more than four times than between them. The experiments made during the study were used in orderto discriminate between the time stamps teeth staining status and the sandblasting treatment. The method used was the digital image capturing and colour image analysis (CIA). The results of the study revealed that the colour image analysis can discriminate between the propolisethanolic extract stained and non-stained veneers and natural teeth. Furthermore, the professional cleaning process was successful from the chromatic point of view

CLASSIC IMPLANT -PROSTHETIC THERAPY VERSUS GUIDED IMPLANT -PROSTHETIC THERAPY

To be able to formulate a favorable treatment plan and in accordance with the clinical situation, it is necessary to know the advantages and disadvantages of TIPC and TIPG, to determine which type of TIP is more accurate, a fact for which the study topic was chosen. The given paper was based on a clinical trial, which evaluates the success of TIPC and TIPG in the case of 4 patients. The location of this study is a private dental office, which used to practice dento-alveolar surgery, in Chisinau between July 2021 and July 2023. Method and place of selection: during the study period, 122 patients presented themselves to benefit from dental treatment in order to replace different types of dentition. From the group of 122, following the application of the study inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final group was composed of 52 patients. Mechanical and Computational Fluid Dynamic Models for Magnesium-Based Implants

Today, mechanical properties and fluid flow dynamic analysis are considered to be two of the most important steps in implant design for bone tissue engineering. The mechanical behavior is characterized by Young’s modulus, which must have a value close to that of the human bone, while from the fluid dynamics point of view, the implant permeability and wall shear stress are two parameters directly linked to cell growth, adhesion, and proliferation. In this study, we proposed two simple geometries with a three-dimensional pore network dedicated to a manufacturing route based on a titanium wire waving procedure used as an intermediary step for Mg-based implant fabrication. Implant deformation under different static loads, von Mises stresses, and safety factors were investigated using finite element analysis. The implant permeability was computed based on Darcy’s law following computational fluid dynamic simulations and, based on the pressure drop, was numerically estimated. It was concluded that both models exhibited a permeability close to the human trabecular bone and reduced wall shear stresses within the biological range. As a general finding, the proposed geometries could be useful in orthopedics for bone defect treatment based on numerical analyses because they mimic the trabecular bone properties
