Calidad de servicio y satisfacción del cliente en la Empresa Ángeles Gonzales Inversiones SRL Chimbote 2021
La actual investigación asumió como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre la
calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente de la empresa Angeles Gonzales
Inversiones S.R.L, Chimbote – 2021; fue cuantitativo, aplicada, diseño no
experimental correlacional, de corte transversal.
Se manejó la técnica de encuestas, como instrumento el cuestionario, muestra de
278 clientes. Alcanzó una confiabilidad de Alpha de Cronbach para calidad de
servicio de 0.870 y de la satisfacción del cliente de 0.810, mostrando que ambos
confirman excelente confiabilidad. Estos resultados manifestaron que existe
relación, positiva baja entre las variables ya mencionadas con (rho =,319 y p=
,000), siguientemente se halló que las dimensiones de calidad de servicio:
Fiabilidad (rho =,401 y p= ,000), Capacidad de respuesta (rho =,436 y p= ,000),
Seguridad (rho =,391y p= ,000), existe relación significativa positiva baja, con las
dimensiones de satisfacción del cliente: son Expectativas (rho =,239 y p= ,000),
nivel de satisfacción (rho =,425 y p= ,000), Rendimiento percibido (rho =,401 y p=
,000), Entonces, no existe relación significativa entre las dimensiones Elementos
tangibles (rho= 0,157 y p= ,251), Empatía (rho =,232y p= ,266), con las dimensiones
de satisfacción del cliente. Entonces se ultimó que existe correlación significativa
entre las variables mencionada
