    Сorruption risks in the provision of administrative services

    Corruption during the provision of administrative services reduces trust in civil servants and, therefore, can become the basis for discrediting the constitutional principles of equality and legality. The article aims to characterize the essence and manifestations of corruption risks in providing administrative services. The object of the research is public relations in the field of administrative services. The subject of the study is corruption risks in administrative services. The methodological basis of the research is general scientific and unique methods. Thus, systematic, correlational, generalisation, meta-analysis and mixed methods were used. The authors analysed the positions of the scientific doctrine regarding the main corruption risks in general and in the researched field. It is substantiated that corruption risks are a prerequisite for the appearance of corruption in administrative services. However, the legislator's actions are aimed at improving the anti-corruption regulatory framework, but it still needs improvement". The sources of corruption risks related to the peculiarities or shortcomings of normative legal acts (administrative documents), practical implementation and human resources in the activity of state bodies were considered, making it possible to propose ways of solving the most relevant of them

    Subject of study: issue of redevelopment of industrial zones that have lost its purpose, which have a huge potential for renovation in the current conditions of development of a modern metropolis. Based on the example of a housing complex projected on the territory of the «Krasny Vyborzhets» factory the article describes approaches to the renovation of historical buildings located on the territory of the future residential com-plex, which cannot be demolished due to town planning regulations. Objectives: the formation of the hypotheses of redevelopment of cultural her-itage objects belonging to the residential complex being designed on the territory of the plant “Krasny Vyborzhets”. Materials and methods: mapping methods, SWOT analysis, world experience of redevelopment were used. Results: the main direction of redevelopment was chosen to create a cultural and business center “Rosenkrantz” with a modern open public space, which is based on the combination of three historical eras. Conclusions: this type of redevelopment will increase the security of this area, the attractiveness of the residential complex for future costumers of apartments and also will create a public space for leisure activities for local residents and their children

    In the present work, an attempt has been made to apply economic and mathematical methods for the simulation of electronic trading market operation based on price competition between e-trade companies and traditional trade enterprises. The developed price competition model based on the concept of symmetric product differentiation. The results obtained in the present investigation demonstrate that in a mixed strategy, firms sell products at different prices, depending on the price strategy or the volume release strategy. The company that sets the volume, sells more, but at a lower price than its competitor which sets prices. The influence of strategic output exceeds price influence. Thus, the company that sets prices, falls into an unfavorable situation and receives lower profits compared with its competitor with the strategy for the volume of production. The company that has decided to introduce electronic trading technology initially will bear losses
