    PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KONFLIK KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG BERDAMPAK PADA STRESS KERJA KARYAWAN NON MEDIS PADA RSU MUHAMMADIYAH PONOROGO

    This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work conflict on employee performance which has an impact on non-medical employee work stress at Muhammadiyah Hospital Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with research data in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires by giving written statements to respondents. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program and also uses Path Analysis. The population in the study were all non-medical employees at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Public Hospital with a total of 103 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using a saturated sample, which means that all of the population is used as a sample, totaling 103 employees. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), (2) Work Conflict (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), (3) Expense Variable Work (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress (Z), (4) Work Conflict Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress (Z), (5) Employee Performance Variable (Y) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress (Z), (6) Workload Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) which has an impact on Employee Work Stress (Z), (7) Work Conflict Variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) which has an impact on Employee Work Stress (Z).
