The Research on the Unilateral Supply of Accounting Policy and the Strategic Behavior of Its Implementation

Abstract: This paper ,based on the fact that the accounting policy is unilaterally supplied by the government, from the perspective of empirical research and game analysis, summarizes the events by the form ,which violate the accounting policy and have existed, happened or disclosed in accounting field. According to the hypothesis of rational person and relevant egocentric motive, and based on the research approach of basic game analysis, we try to discuss the profit preference of policy supply, the arrangement of power and the reliability of accounting policy. Also we will explain the possible reason that why the accounting information widespread has the problem of distortion, anomie and misconduct. Furthermore, if there is a large-scale non-cooperative game when any policy implements. And when we condemn the corrupt behavior such as distortion, anomie and misconduct of the information, we should meditate the responsibility of the supply side of accounting policy. Differential expansion for link polynomials

The differential expansion is one of the key structures reflecting group theory properties of colored knot polynomials, which also becomes an important tool for evaluation of non-trivial Racah matrices. This makes highly desirable its extension from knots to links, which, however, requires knowledge of the $6j$-symbols, at least, for the simplest triples of non-coincident representations. Based on the recent achievements in this direction, we conjecture a shape of the differential expansion for symmetrically-colored links and provide a set of examples. Within this study, we use a special framing that is an unusual extension of the topological framing from knots to links. In the particular cases of Whitehead and Borromean rings links, the differential expansions are different from the previously discovered.Comment: 11 page

The Roadmap to Realize Memristive Three-Dimensional Neuromorphic Computing System

Neuromorphic computing, an emerging non-von Neumann computing mimicking the physical structure and signal processing technique of mammalian brains, potentially achieves the same level of computing and power efficiencies of mammalian brains. This chapter will discuss the state-of-the-art research trend on neuromorphic computing with memristors as electronic synapses. Furthermore, a novel three-dimensional (3D) neuromorphic computing architecture combining memristor and monolithic 3D integration technology would be introduced; such computing architecture has capabilities to reduce the system power consumption, provide high connectivity, resolve the routing congestion issues, and offer the massively parallel data processing. Moreover, the design methodology of applying the capacitance formed by the through-silicon vias (TSVs) to generate a membrane potential in 3D neuromorphic computing system would be discussed in this chapter
