Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dan Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pelanggan (Survei Pada Pelanggan Bengkel Ahass 0347 Batu)

This research aims to: investigate the influence of service quality on customers satisfaction, investigate the influence of service quality on customers loyalty, and investigate the influence of customers satisfaction on customers loyalty. The research type is explanatory research. Research population were customer at Workshop AHASS 0347 Batu that doing repair in there. Sample were 116 respondents that taken by using purposive sampling and data collection method in this research using questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The path analysis result shows that: service quality has influence on customers satisfaction with path coefficient (β) is 0,565 and the level of significance is 0,000 (p<0,05); service quality has influence on customers loyalty with path coefficient (β) is 0,394 and the level of significance is 0,000 (p<0,05); and customers satisfaction has influence on customers loyalty with path coefficient (β) is 0,242 and the level of significance is 0,011 (p<0,05). Based on the results of this research, Workshop AHASS 0347 Batu is suggested to improve the service quality and also maintain a good relationship to customers so that the customers are satisfied with the service of the company with the goal of keeping customers loyal to the company

Remote preoperative tonic-clonic seizures do not influence outcome after surgery for temporal lobe epilepsy.

OBJECTIVES: Tonic-clonic seizures are associated with greater chance of seizure relapse after anterior temporal lobectomy. We investigated whether the interval between the last preoperative tonic-clonic seizure and surgery relates to seizure outcome in patients with drug-resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (MTLE). METHODS: In this retrospective study, patients were prospectively registered in a database from 1986 through 2014. Postsurgical outcome was categorized as seizure freedom or relapse. The relationship between surgical outcome and the interval between the last preoperative tonic-clonic seizure and surgery was investigated. RESULTS: One-hundred seventy-one patients were studied. Seventy nine (46.2%) patients experienced tonic-clonic seizures before surgery. Receiver operating characteristic curve of timing of the last preoperative tonic-clonic seizure was a moderate indicator to anticipate surgery failure (area under the curve: 0.657, significance; 0.016). The best cutoff that maximizes sensitivity and specificity was 27months; with a sensitivity of 0.76 and specificity of 0.60. Cox-Mantel analysis confirmed that the chance of becoming free of seizures after surgery in patients with no or remote history of preoperative tonic-clonic seizures was significantly higher compared with patients with a recent history (i.e., in 27months before surgery) (p=0.0001). CONCLUSIONS: The more remote the occurrence of preoperative tonic-clonic seizures, the better the postsurgical seizure outcome, with at least a two year gap being more favorable. A recent history of tonic-clonic seizures in a patient with MTLE may reflect more widespread epileptogenicity extending beyond the borders of mesial temporal structures

Koordinasi Pihak Kecamatan dengan Kepolisian Sektor Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik dalam Penegakan Hukumpertambangan tanpa Izin (Peti) di Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2014-2016

Illegal mining (Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin) is a serious problem. So that the law enforcement of illegal mining in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district requires the integration of the resource or involves many elements in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district. Many things had done in the term of law enforcement of illegal mining by the Sub-District Government Side and Sub-District Police in Kuantan Mudik Sub-district. The problems in thisresearch are (1)How is the implementation of the coordination Sub-District Government Side with Sub-District Police in the term of law enforcement of illegal miningin Kuantan Mudik Sub-district in 2014-2016. Ab-initio study of the bandgap engineering of Al(1-x)Ga(x)N for optoelectronic applications

A theoretical study of Al(1-x)Ga(x)N, based on full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method, is used to investigate the variations in the bandgap, optical properties and non-linear behavior of the compound with the variation of Ga concentration. It is found that the bandgap decreases with the increase of Ga in Al(1-x)Ga(x)N. A maximum value of 5.5 eV is determined for the bandgap of pure AlN which reaches to minimum value of 3.0 eV when Al is completely replaced by Ga. The static index of refraction and dielectric constant decreases with the increase in bandgap of the material, assigning a high index of refraction to pure GaN when compared to pure AlN. The refractive index drops below 1 for photon energies larger than 14 eV results group velocity of the incident radiation higher than the vacuum velocity of light. This astonishing result shows that at higher energies the optical properties of the material shifts from linear to non-linear. Furthermore, frequency dependent reflectivity and absorption coefficients show that peak value of the absorption coefficient and reflectivity shifts towards lower energy in the UV spectrum with the increase in Ga concentration. This comprehensive theoretical study of the optoelectronic properties of the alloys is presented for the first time which predicts that the material can be effectively used in the optical devices working in the visible and UV spectrum.Comment: 18 pages, 7 figure

Pengelolaan Tanah Kas Desa pada Desa Banjar Panjang Kecamatan Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan Tahun 2001-2016

This study aims to determine the management of village cash land in the Village Banjar Panjang Kerumutan District Pelalawan District 2001-2016 and to determine the inhibiting factors in the management of village cash land in the Village Banjar Panjang Kerumutan District Pelalawan District 2001-2016. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type which describes about problem and solving to research subject with clear and detail. This research found that the management of village cash land in Banjar Panjang Village Kerumutan sub district still run well, because the implementation still exists for personal interest by planting palm on the village treasury land, restan land, wakaf land and public facility land, so the village To get no income. The inhibiting factor is not optimal the management of village cash land in the village of Banjar Panjang Kerumutan District Pelalawan District, among them are: Human resources who lack expertise in the field of inventory of infrastructure assets insufficient in the affairs of asset management, not periodic inventasrisasi, budget Too large, unclear evidence of ownership of the village treasury, and poor supervision. The conclusion is that the planning, implementation and supervision of village cash management in Banjar Panjang Village Kerumutan Sub District still run well. Inhibiting factors in the management of village cash lands may impede the development of villages is lack of expertise. Classification and Retrieval of Digital Pathology Scans: A New Dataset

In this paper, we introduce a new dataset, \textbf{Kimia Path24}, for image classification and retrieval in digital pathology. We use the whole scan images of 24 different tissue textures to generate 1,325 test patches of size 1000$\times$1000 (0.5mm$\times$0.5mm). Training data can be generated according to preferences of algorithm designer and can range from approximately 27,000 to over 50,000 patches if the preset parameters are adopted. We propose a compound patch-and-scan accuracy measurement that makes achieving high accuracies quite challenging. In addition, we set the benchmarking line by applying LBP, dictionary approach and convolutional neural nets (CNNs) and report their results.
